This is my second time pulling up for service in the

This is my second time pulling up for service in the space of six months and was ignored twice last year it happened and recently I came for service on Wednesday and it happened again. Anna is very disrespectful and Brandon always covering up when they are wrong. no one apologize for the mistake.

Great service, great staff, reasonable price, very nice amenities. I have had my vehicle serviced at this location many times for routine and specialized repairs. I have not been disappointed yet.

I use Jim Ellis to maintain my Buick Enclave because they always check for service alerts and they use OEM parts that maintain my warranty. My appointment time is respected as I wait on the service to be completed

I was a little disappointed in the customer service, it

I was a little disappointed in the customer service, it took 10 days to complete the work and the only communication was the communication I initiated, no courtesy vehicle offered, now my oil change indicator is on after I requested an oil change...they forgot to reset ..now I hVe to take it back to the dealership for them to reset.
