This is my second time pulling up for service in the space of six months and was ignored twice last year it happened and recently I came for service on Wednesday and it happened again. Anna is very disrespectful and Brandon always covering up when they are wrong. no one apologize for the mistake.

I was a little disappointed in the customer service, it took 10 days to complete the work and the only communication was the communication I initiated, no courtesy vehicle offered, now my oil change indicator is on after I requested an oil change...they forgot to reset ..now I hVe to take it back to the dealership for them to reset.
