Too Long for an oil change
I had a scheduled oil change appointment for 4pm. I arrived at 3:45pm and I was greeted immediately. I waited 2 hrs. for an oil change that I was told would take at most an 1hr and 15 mins upon arrival. I had to keep checking on the status if my car. Then I was able to receive the was for my car due to I had to pick my daughter up. Once I got my car back, I did not receive the multipoint inspection report. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I experienced the same thing at my last appointment. 2 hrs. is to long for an oil change. When I asked if I could be compensated for my long wait time, I was told well the shop gets backed up and you just have to accept that.

I was running late and still got service upon arrival. Excellent service. The service took no more than 1 hour. Waiting area well maintained and stocked with drink and snacks.

Oil change
Another good experience with getting my oil changed and tires rotated while I waited. Courteous treatment and quick turnaround makes a big difference versus going to a dedicated oil change business. Plus they check out your vehicle for any service issues while doing the oil service.
