Excellent experience

Good service

Tom took good care of me. Called and explained what needed to be done. But, after spending 500.00 to fix a head light I would have thought they could have rotated tires for free as apposed to charging 20.00. I did spend 1000.00 dollars on them at Jim Ellis a year and half ago.

Tom was amazing

Brought my truck in for recall. Tom was was nice and informative. Put me in an Uber to head home and had them pick me up. Job was done fast . He looked up some extra accessories for me as well.

Quality of service

I did not purchase my vehicle from Jim Ellis but have taken it to the mall of ga store from day one. The first few visits were great. Now the the warranty is out and the work seems to get sloppier. They don't wash the vehicle any more the windshield has oil prints all over from removing the service sticker. For a $120 oil change the vehicle should come back clean. Just my thoughts it seam to me they are more concerned about selling additional service work then doing the work it is in there for correctly.
