Good experience.

Routine maintenance visit. I got out in a reasonable amount of time. The wait area was comfortable, clean and had snacks. It was a great experience.

This team is awesome!

From the moment my twins and I walked in and was greeted by Nelson to being introduced to “bubbly “ smiling Joe, I knew I was at the right place. The GM Jason Dowdy definitely got it right with the staff he has at Jim Ellis GMC Buick Mall of Georgia. This will be my third Yukon and I would have it no other way. There are many dealerships out there but what sets this one apart is how friendly and welcoming they are! The communication from the initial test drive to taking delivery of my truck was just as awesome! If you want a great experience buying a new or used vehicle this is the dealership to check out!!

Great experience

Mike Hatcher made my experience stress free and enjoyable. Best salesman and dealership around. Dee Hong was very helpful and explained everything very well. Very pleased with both both gentlemen.

Caused another problem during service

I guess they did the expensive service we had done on our Enclave (how do you really know, anyway?) but when they rotated the tires they somehow broke our pressure sensor on the right front tire. Now it always says that the tire is low even though the pressure is perfect. Now we need another visit to get this fixed - hopefully at no charge. Everyone was very nice, however, and they did keep the appointment and have the car ready when promised, so there is that at least.

Service

Arrived on time and excellent work in a timely manner. They offered transportation if needed while the work took place. I have used other dealers but this is my go to dealership for any work done in my truck moving forward.

Jim Ellis GMC in Buford, Ga

The Service Team is the most superb I have seen. They greet you and make sure you understand what is going on and they check on you while your vehicle is getting serviced. The best part is they always get your vehicle back to you sooner than they said which makes you happy. The guy who handled my service was professional and courteous and made doing business with Jim Ellis GMC a pleasure. I have noticed that since we have been buying our vehicles from Jim Ellis GMC, we have never had an issue and the staff treats you like family. Thank you!!

Oil change

I had a scheduled oil change for Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019 at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:20 and checked my car in. I then went to the waiting area. My biggest complaint is that it took 2hrs to complete my oil change. Even after this long wait, they brought the car up as complete without being washed. No-one stated the service dept was behind when I checked the car in. 1 of the customers in the waiting room explained she had been there for over 2 hrs and she was ready to go. Her car wasn’t washed either but she stated she didn’t want to wait anymore. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience with the wait time. With the prices steady going up on the oil change and the long wait time, I am considering looking at other places to get my oil changes.
