Just got off the phone with these guys. Basically hung up on me when I was asking about a vehicle that showed up in my search. Said it was in Manassas, which is fine. I was going to ask if they move them or if I had to go up there because I am very interested. Got hung up on. Crazy.

They sold us a car with buckled frame rails! We could’ve died and killed numerous other people on the highway! My son has CPTSD from it!!! What are the rest of you doing about this place?! Its terrible!! That car should’ve NEVER passed a “safety inspection” anywhere! IT WAS NEVER SAFE!!

Be highly skeptical of any vehicle you look at here. Nearly every vehicle has a rebuilt title. Look across the street and you'll see where they "rebuild" them. That tells you all you need to know. I bought a mustang from them, found numerous shady issues and xxxxty repairs after having a cylinder firing issue within 24 hours. Then played dirty by the owner dodging all calls and never in the office to get past their 72 hour return policy.

I came in with a pre-approval and the deal was accepted that day. I signed and pulled off the lot. Three days later I was getting alerts from myFICO and other credit monitoring apps notifying me that Autosdirect was pulling multiple inquiries with other banks that day. I called them and’s what they were doing because my deal was done with my pre approved bank. They lied to me and said my bank declined the deal and needed me to come back in and resign with another bank. So I called my bank and they never denied my deal and I’m still with them right now. AutosDirect was trying to get themselves a better deal and my credit took an unnecessary hit because of it. Now I have to dispute all this off my credit report. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

WOW...I was ready to buy. I called and asked if they could verify if the vehicle is CA emissions compliant as I live in San Diego and couldn't inspect in person and some young fast talking young man said " I don't know nothing about that this is VA and we don't have that". I thought, "don't have what". I then asked could you verify its CA Emmision compliant by looking g under the hood or drivers side door jam for a label that would say it IS, or IS NOT CA compliant", he responded, " You can look at the online photos but I dont have time to go out and look we have a lot of vustomers who just walked in, maybe later I can but cant promise you". So I ask the owner of this dealership 1 question..."Is THIS the best you have? because I'm taking g my buisness elswhere.
