I purchased a vehicle from Auto Direct now going on 3

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Direct now going on 3 months ago. I still have 30 day tags on my vehicle because their tags and title company does not answer calls or return voicemails. I received someone else 30 day tags in the mail which tells me they just continues to send new 30 day tags to customers. In the time i purchased the vehicle I’ve dealt with blown speakers and horrible body work which have said to my self I’ll deal with those things myself. I just need my tags. Horrible ran business. It’s not even the salespeople because they are actually good. It’s the head of the company.

I inquired on-line about a car they had listed on cars.com. I asked for the out-the-door price and found out, from Gary, that their "processing fee" is $1,895. Don't get sucked in by the price they have on-line.

Not sure why we earn a 1 star because of our Dealer Fee. We told you about it when you asked and it is our processing fee.

BAD FOR BUSINESS

Bad for business, Alys Acuna did me wrong, I have spoken to her everyday in regards to negotiating a price on a truck. She said she would email me the purchase offer that we all agreed upon. But she failed to do so. She can't be trusted to close a deal. I'm pretty sure that it's because I'm from Upstate NY, and that I have a private Lender so they couldn't make as much profit off of me. So when I called her today she said that the truck was sold out from under me. Needless to say that she also failed to tell me that it's first come first serve. And I found that our from the finance manager. Well nothing but a crap show here. Trust me your better off going somewhere more professional. No warranty, just Auction Resale Units.

Hello Keith, We are sorry that you feel this way about one of our amazing sales staff. She was working to get you a deal on a truck you were looking at. The discount of $5000.00 was something she needed management to ok. The reason you did not get paperwork is because we did not have the ablilty to sell you the truck for that much of a discount. While you were interested in this truck so were multiple people. We sell cars and trucks all over the US so we do not care where you are from. Someone was willing to pay for the truck at asking price before we could come to an agreement. Again not much more that could have been done by Alys or Autos Direct. As far as warranties, we do offer a few options for extended warranty. And as far as professional, we did everything we could until you began speaking to a young lady in the manner that you did and with the names that you called her. This company is not trustworthy. Poor communication. They canceled the warranty that I purchased without notification and did not refund the money. Buyers beware!

BAD SERVICE WAIST OF TIME

Bad company, not worth it the drive, I drove 1 30 hours, to see a car, had body issues, had interior issues, it was a xxxx car actually, and the sellers they dont say the truth of how actually is the car.

Fake prices online

Fraudulent dealership. The price shown on website or cars.com is fake. They add $2000 fee on top it and call it market adjustment. This is blatantly bait and switch. These guys should be reported for outright fraud to Virginia AG

Would not recommend this place

I was on my way for an appointment today, I live about 3 hours away and had been driving for 2 hours already. Got a call from the dealership telling me they already sold the car and that I should just head back home, and that it wasn't "their fault". Everytime I've bought car from a far away dealership, they had the decency to hold it for me, not this place. Worst car buying experience ever.
