They never called back . When I called they sent me information on the wrong car. When I sent a text with a stock number I never heard back from them

Drove from out of state to purchase a car from this dealer. They lied about the financing details on the phone, would not have purchased if I hadn't left a 1k deposit to get them to hold it for me and drove 6 hours to get it. They tacked on an $1895 "processing fee" onto the deal which I was told "is how we can list cars so cheap!" which means they're just flat out lying about their prices. They then, despite having a pre-approval letter from our preferred finance company opened a loan in our name with a completely different finance company and failed to tell us until we got a welcome call from that other company. It's also now been well over the 30 day period from the temp tag they gave me, my state's DMV says they have no notice of registration, and I have been unable to get anyone at the dealership to tell me why it's not registered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!! This place has EXTREMELY shady practices with their salesmen and mechanics. I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle from this establishment, and the car was absolutely destroyed. They let me test drive it with wires hanging everywhere, engine lines disconnected, and the bumper was not fastened and was broken. The car didn't even have a shift knob. The salesman, Michael, was 100% trying to take advantage of buyers and would have sold the car to me for 15,000 dollars if I did not have knowledge about cars. The fact that the mechanics authorized this car to be sold in such an unsafe condition is scary. The salesman let me drive 2 hours to see the car without telling me any of the information about the vehicle and they are not accommodating me by reimbursing my gas for the trip. On top of that, management will not get back to me about my experience, and when i spoke to a manager about the car, he seemed completely dismissive and uninterested that car is on their lot in this condition. I am repulsed, disgusted, and baffled by the experience I had and as I was walking out, a LOT of cars on the lot were also damaged and I feel for any people that they scam into thinking their cars are safe and able to be bought for their outrageous prices (1900 dealer fee). AVOID !!!!!! Also, the cars stock # is D12591.

The prices they list online are purposely inaccurate. They add on a nearly $2000 charge to every vehicle. Calling it a processing fee. Their response to this is that dealers have fees. I’m in the automotive industry. Often times dealers add on additional fees which I always believe to be deceptive but almost 2k? Add the 2k to the sales price. Not on the back end. It’s shady.

AVOID! Poor customer service; sales rep sees you as a “number” versus trying to build an relationship with client to get a deal done. Due to unprofessionalism and nature of interaction, sales rep lost out on potential sale for 3 potential buyers/prospects.
