Found the perfect car, price was within range and write up description was excellent. The owner John Rapp handled my purchase and explained the process. There was no pressure or promises. The car was spotless when I picked it up. I will look here first for my next vehicle. I have already found a few cars for a friend to review. Very nice and friendly establishment.

John was very helpful, and answered all our questions concerning the vehicle we purchased from him. My wife loves her Toyota Highlander. Also the service was great. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Over the past 8 months I had scoured the internet for a very specific truck for work, but couldn?t find one in my price range. At one point I did find one, and even put a deposit down, but the dealership?s follow through was horrible and it didn?t work out. Then I found one at Action Auto. The catch?: it was over 5 hours of commuting away. After talking with John I was hopeful enough in that I gave him a deposit over the phone. Each attempt to make time to get out there was met with a work load that prevented my going. So I did what I thought no sane person would ever do, I purchased the truck over the phone without ever going to see and drive it. (I?m not really crazy.) John over at Action went out of his way to make everything come together. As I was purchasing a Ford F-150 he personally brought it to the local Ford Dealer and had diagnostics performed and the paperwork was sent to me. He informed me that the truck was in really nice shape (an understatement) and he had put new tires on it. He told me of a tear in the seat, upfront before negotiations began (which I am having repaired). John was very Honest, he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He was Fair in his pricing, and I ended up with more value for my dollar?I got a really good deal. Lastly, John was very Helpful. This was all done over the phone. He handled all the paperwork via the mail service. All the recall and other service work was done as promised and when I had a company pick up the truck John expedited things for me on his end. When the truck arrived I was amazed?this is one clean, beautiful machine. John got my check and the truck off the lot, but he kept up with the follow through. He called to make sure I was satisfied with the truck after I received it. Would I recommend that people buy used cars from used car dealers over the phone without seeing and test driving them? NO. I wouldn?t have even thought to trust the salesman, but in this case I stand corrected. Integrity means a lot to me and I?ve got to say, if you are looking for someone who will talk straight with you, be honest with you, follow through with you and go the extra mile for you call John!

John is the best. Not only will you get a great car you will gain a friend, recently i was looking for a reliable car and stopped by Action Auto John said "I can help you" and he did just that he got me into the car I wanted at a great price. I can call him with any problem and hes always there to help me . Great guy, great cars, great experience.

Spent a while looking for an ideal 3/4 ton work truck. I decided to take a drive down from the Albany area to take a look at a truck on the lot. John was great to deal with. Was able to make a deal on the truck the same day, and the truck was ready for delivery on the day/time he specified with all work completed. Would definitely recommend him to others looking for a vehicle.
