I was so sad to be parting with my beloved Infiniti, but when I learned the repairs would cost more than the car was worth, I started shopping. I shopped in Kingston, Beacon, Albany, & Troy...meh. Not thrilled with anything (maybe I was being picky) coupled with the fact that I am not a big fan of being "sold" a car (I enjoy doing the research and driving the cars I want to drive-- not the ones that dealers are trying to sell) I was less than enthusiastic about finding my next car. I ended up driving a car that I really liked and began the search for the (same) car but with the package I wanted. I found two on this site: one at Action and one up North. I drove both-- awesome car. Now which dealer to purchase it from? No brainer--I went with Jon. He was gracious about allowing me to test drive (many many) cars on his lot, was super friendly and relaxed during my 'intense' test driving. When I made the decision and called to discuss purchase price, he was more than willing to work with me (worked out a stellar deal). He connected me with a mechanic that works specifically on the type of car I purchased and encouraged me to call him if anything was off or wrong, anytime. It was simply a great buying experience.

Came to this dealership looking for a car I saw on this site. I had a wonderful experience, the car i was looking for was there and in the condition stated. The owner of the dealership, who sold me the car was, very kind and helpful. He got me the car and I was able to end my long search for the right car. So grateful for this amazing dealership and there help and professionalism in the buying of my car. It was a easy process and I ended up with a reliable car that was great for my family. I would recommend this dealership and plan on going back when in need again

John and his employee's provide quality service and at a good price. They had a vehicle that fit what I was looking for, It was in very good condition and available immediately. John was very straight forward about the truck and took care of all the paperwork and had it ready to go, ie. registration, transfer of plates and state inspection, he even put gas in the tank!

As with other customers I too was looking for a specific vehicle that was available at action automotive service. Called and talked to John and was also very pleased with the timely and professional service. He helped me to get prepared to get a transit permit to drive my new used truck back home in advance over the phone. I flew from North Carolina to Albany and John was there waiting for me as we had discussed over the phone. After test driving the vehicle we did all paper work and then He took me to the DMV where I got the permit. I met all who work for him and was very pleased with their friendly attitudes. The truck was as I had hoped for and I drove the 700miles home with a smile and am very happy to have this truck. I am grateful to John and staff and would certainly recommend this facility to anyone needing a good used vehicle.
