Open, honest, supplied history of truck, priced very competitive... was pre approved before looking and ended up going with another local bank comparable rate from Auto Max hassle free. Purchased on a Sunday without a hiccup. Very hard to find trucks like these locally, Auto Max gets a few of these in here and there, you gotta be quick when they do. Very happy with purchase.
