I gotta give xxxxxxto the Car Max USA. They took a fee to process a loan of $360. I signed for the car and left. Then I got a call with good news that I was approved for a different loan through Happo credit union at 10% lower on the interest rate, a year shaved off the loan time and it lowered my monthly bill by $65/month. I went back and signed new papers. Today I'm being asked to come back and get my loan processing fee back because the new loan provider didn't ask for a fee :) I got this vehicle with no money down and my van as a trade in even though the transmission is about to blow. I went from a nightmare to a dream. Six years on a used Dodge caravan, that was still not paid off and issue after issue to a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander with only 30,000 miles on it. I really feel like they had my safety in mind by putting me in a car the same day. And I know they had my finances in mind when they helped me into a better loan. I'm excited to be covered by the GAP and mechanics insurance because I know first hand the costs can add up. A $100 deductible and pretty much a mile long list of things that will be fixed! I feel blessed and AUTOMAX is the best!

Jimmy and all the staff are great people second truck I have gotten there. You can not go wrong going to see them . I will be back again if when I need a car or truck again

Auto max is really good helped me get the truck when i wasnt sure if i would get approved but they helped me get it and jimmy is a good guy and was really helpful
