I went into Auto Max looking for a very specific used vehicle. Unfortunately, there was nothing on the lot at the time. However, Mario went above and beyond by documenting the specifics of what I was looking for. Less than a week later he contacted me, they had found an even better Wrangler than I had initially sought at an excellent price. Mario went above and beyond with finding exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided.

I was able to get the car I wanted, with a fear payment, Mario was great and answered all the questions I had, made it easier for me to make a good decision on my vehicle, Benjamin was fast and got me what I wanted through the bank.

I walked into the dealership unsure of what I wanted exactly. I explained what I needed a vehicle for, how much I intended to drive, what I could spend, etc. Before I knew it, I was driving the freeway with Mike in a 2017 Nissan Altima. Our test drive was not only pleasant but very informative. He told me what he knew about the car and what kind of experience I was in for if I chose to purchase through them. When we got back to the dealership, I met Jimmy who is definitely a cut above! He helped me complete the necessary paperwork for the financing. Smoothest and easiest process ever! Jimmy is kind, smart, sensitive, attentive and wanted only the best for me. I will recommend Auto Max USA to anyone and everyone I know needing a vehicle. Jimmy, the Internet sales manager was fantastic with working with me on the right financing, answering all my questions, and was not pressuring at all. He worked out the logistics and got me into my first Corvette! Benny was a great help with financing and very clear on what was being worked up. It was great to have him on the test drive and being the previous owner, he took great care of the car and could tell me the history of it and if he encountered any major issues or not which put me at ease. Ruben was fantastic with willing to drive my other car back to my home since I had no one to bring me up there and was friendly and fun to interact with. It was a good experience and would recommend this dealer if someone is in the market for a used vehicle. Another thing that stood out to me was how the owner decides what cars to put into inventory and what to reject. This dealer really stands out and knows what vehicles they want to sell and the vehicles are in good condition and they would reject anything that's a lemon! I would use them again in the future.

They made the process seamless and even delivered the car to my front door! I didn't have to leave my house through the whole process. Jimmy and Ruben were awesome to work with.

The service was awesome with no pressure at all I left happy with my new purchase I will definitely come back to this place for my next purchase . Do to their professionalism I would definitely urge anyone to come here the prices were also great

Went in with a plan and it didn’t quit work out but Ruben went the extra mile and stayed an hour and a half past closing time to make things work out for us
