Unpleasant experience. Was ready to purchase a 2005, I was willing to pay more than I wanted to, but we could still not agree on a price. (and it was still way over kelly blue book suggested retail !) Car was $12,000, and they lost the sale over $300. Here is what their website says: "The premise is actually quite simple. Its better to make 20 nickels than 5 dimes. What does that mean for you, our valued customer. The answer is... a great buy, on a great car every day. No need to "hurry in" while the sale price is still valid. Come in at your convenience. The "price is always "sale priced" and the selection is always large." WRONG!!! Sale prices always posted in the windows." WRONG!!!

I picked up a new to me 2011 F150 at AutoMax - I've never had an easier time buying a new or used car. The entire process was faster & easier than I expected. It's been a couple months, but I think the sales guy was Alfredo? In any case - I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I do not have great credit and Auto Max made it easy for me to buy a car. They were willing to work with me and my budget. Their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable with any questions I had. I would highly recommend anyone I know friends and family to shop there.
