The guys at automax are without a doubt some of the best people to work with. Everyone there went well out if their way to make this deal happen and believe me it was no easy task. Even at the last minute when it was all about to fall through, these guys made sure to put my best interests and what would benefit me alot more than their own and make this happen. Could not be happier with my experience there.

I am a resident of Seattle Wa, I heard of Rubin through a friend who also purchased a car from him. His great personality, patients and great customer service. When I meet Rubin he was kind, listened to me and didn't pressure me into any car. He took the time to help me find what was best for me. And really listened to everything I had to say. Great service even after the sale. Took car of a couple issues and gave me a loaner while the work was done. Later Jose took care of tinting my windows and arranged for me to get to and from work. All around great service and Jimmy was super helpful too.

This morning I woke up to a flat tire and I was late getting my son to school and had an important seminar to get to. Frantically I called AUTO MAX USA because I had purchased my car from them and didn't know what to do. Ruben answered the phone. He doesn't know me, nor was he the salesman who had sold me my car but he dropped everything and drove to my house to help me. He jacked up my car, helped me air up my tires and did everything he could to help me... including give me quarters for an airing station! He didn't have to help me. There is nothing in it for him except my gratitude. He was well dressed, polite and kind and I just can't say enough about what he did to help me today! He went above and beyond! Auto Max USA is great and I totally recommend the customer service you will get from them and Ruben. I can tell he cares about people, so he won't steer you wrong! Thanks again Ruben! I got to my seminar on time!

Great selection on the lot, lots of low mile vehicles available. Everyone was really nice and let me decide what worked best for my budget and for my family. I was able to send messages or call and get the same great service. My salesman Ruben allowed me to take my time and walked me through the process.

I recently went in to purchase a vehicle, and was rightly away welcomed in a very friendly, yet professional way by Ruben. He rignt showed me the vehicle I was interested in. We took it for a test drive and with in 30 mins, thw vehicle was purchassed!!!! This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchassed from Auto Max!!!!
