I took my Ram in for a recall and found out that there

I took my Ram in for a recall and found out that there were 4 recalls, all but one was minor. They took care of all issues quickly. I am curious why no one mentioned the fact that I had a check engine light already on when I dropped it off. Since they had to drive the vehicle they had to notice with the light on and the dinger sounding. I had the vehicle scanned at a different location and it is the Active Grill Shutter. I would like to believe if a Ram is at the dealership they would have been more thorough especially with recall issues.

Great experience, 1st time buying from this dealership. Paulo Pinto was fantastic as our salesman, went above & beyond to meet our requests/needs. Warranty options, finance options (if needed), specifics about the car were explained thoroughly. All our questions were welcomed & answered. We were referred to the dealership & Paulo by friends & will be making referrals to our friends as well. Honest, truthful, professional & respected our budget. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Service department was very helpful, professional and kind! The shuttle was very much appreciated! Our service was expected to take 2 hours and it was complete in 45 minutes.

Had a pleasant experience buying a 2021 Camry at a reasonable price. I asked for a 2nd key and floor mats. The service dept had them both ready and programmed within a week.
