Bought a used 2014 Ford F-350 about two months ago and this truck has been phenomenal. Had one small issue with a brake caliper that they took care of immediately. Great attitude and zero pushy bs from them. I felt very at ease with the whole deal especially spending almost 40 grand.

I accompanied my son to Shamrock Motors for his 2009 Chevy Silverado purchase. Not your usual dealership in any sense. Mitch and Charlie are were very professional and accomodating with every aspect of the purchase and service. Everything is straight forward & honest. Charlie made the paperwork easy and relaxing & he has a Great Sense of Humor !!! Shamrock Motors goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Would definitely come back for another vehicle purchase.

I started looking for a new/used truck about 6 months ago. Shamrock was high on my list of dealers because they had a great selection and constant inventory turnover. To me, that means they are motivated to sell. Once I met Mitch it was pretty much a done deal. He listened to my concerns, advised me about certain Mass laws to help me with my selection, helped me with financing, the price was perfect and I'm very happy with my awesome 2017 Silverado. I LOVE IT! I'll be back for another truck soon and will recommend Shamrock to anyone. Thanks for all your help guys!

Great guys to work with. Just the truck I was looking for in excellent condition. The first hour I had it I stopped to get gas and several people at the gas station commented on how nice the truck was.

As a traveling salesman I was very impressed with the professionalism and sales process used by Shamrock Motors. They were friendly and made me feel like I was hanging out with friends. The sales process was enjoyable and it was done right and without any pressure. Oh and my new truck I use on the weekends has been great with no issues and not to mention an eye catcher.

Found my dream truck at Shamrock Motors. 2013 Ford F-350 powerstroke crew cab completely customized. They were very thorough in answering all my questions and were kind enough to have one of the guys in the back come out and go over every ugrade they did to the truck which put me at ease. With an out the door price of over 40;000 I was very nervous spending that much however these guys were great and very very patient with me. Most definitely worth a trip to see the amazing trucks they have on the lot. They are loaded with Chevys and GMCs but did see some really nice Tacoma’s and Dodges too.

Bad customer service been keeping contact since last night with someone from there even spoke to them that need a purchase order to be able to take them a check and told them I'll be there by 5 and that I was leaving work early and get there to be inform that the vehicle was sold 30 minutes ago. Yah need to have better communication with your clients and learn better customer service skills I will not be referring anyone here.

Very friendly and honest dealership. Easy to work with, no haggling over price, no pushy sales people. I came from 2.5 hours away and they worked with me ahead of time to make sure I only had to make one trip. Great dealership. Will definitely buy from them again.
