Bought a 14 Chevy Suburban, excellent buy. They had 6 to choose from and were definitely well maintained. They were transparent about the history of the car. Gave me a good trade in value for my old 2003 with 150,000 miles. Offered loan at much better interest rate than I was quoted from my bank. Purchased 48,000 mile 4 year extended warranty from them at very fair price and MUCH better price and terms than the Escalde I almost purchased. No pressure to buy, but very willing to work with me. Paperwork processed very quickly. Definitely a busy place as people were in and out of the showroom and the phones were ringing quite frequently. Seemed a little understaffed but still had an enjoyable experience.

The best car experience that I have had. Went in there and test drive the truck and the next day was driving out, financed and registered. An amazing experience. Thanks Charlie!

Worked with Charlie. I've bought a few used cars from your typical 'used car salesman' that's not the experience here. Straight shooters, the prices are as good as they get. I'm in sales myself and respect that I didn't experience the typical pushy salesman. Didn't have to haggle and Charlie helped me work out registration and even held the car for a week for me when I had trouble getting up to the dealership. Also, love the car!

Dealership was straight forward, no hidden agenda. Pick the car you like, that's the price. No high pressure selling. Charlie Sr. answered all the questions and new the vehicle particulars. I would definitely use them again in the future. They have a great selection of vehicles.

Did not have a good experience. Went there to purchase a truck. Asked to put a deposit down while waiting for the financing to go through and was told I couldn't. Finally heard back from the bank. And was told the truck was sold.

Charlie Sr went above and beyond to help me get my truck with finding the loan company that was eilling to worked with me and my credit., and I love my truck.

I wasnt sure if I wanted a Chevy or a Ford and they had several to choose from. The salesperson was very prompt, very helpful, always answered the phone when I needed him, answered all the questions that I had, and made the sales process very smooth and pleasant. This was overall a great experience. I financed it and I was pre-qualified through their credit union. It was the best buying experience I have had so far.

I visited Shamrock, met Charlie and his son.Both were very approachable and helpful. I was there to checkout a 05 caddy.Took a test drive,made the deal! I'm old school ,I like to haggle, so I was a little bit apprehensive about a "no haggle upfront pricing".I did my due diligence on the caddy, Shamrock beat every publication pertaining to price.This was the easiest buying experience I ever had period!
