Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2015 Toyota Tacoma with assistance from Ryan Conway. He was honest and straight forward which is rare to find some days. He graciously explained there pricing philosophy to help me understand why they do not haggle and hopefully I will be able to get his assistance again with my next purchase, I will be repeating.

Came here to purchase a used vehicle for my teen driver. I like the no pressure, no haggle approach here. You don't like it, don't buy it. I was able to take the vehicle up the road for a pre-purchase inspection, and Shamrock had no issue with correcting the two items brought up by my mechanic. The next day, the issues were corrected, and they had registered the car (in MA) and we picked it up - that's pretty quick service! Shamrock was well under blue book (and other dealers) for the vehicle, so I got a good deal with no struggles on my part. Enjoyable purchase process.

Was intent on purchasing a used Rocky Ridge truck from gmc dealership near my house when a friend showed me a Sierra they these guys had and it was basically the same thing with actually more upgrades and I saved almost 12 grand. Charlie had a tonneau cover installed for me to which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely check them out they have a lot of trucks to choose from.

We had a great experience with Charlie and Charlie jr. Very welcoming and they made the process easy. Raven (our dog) also had a great experience with all the treats she received. We bought a 2004 chevy Tahoe z71. Very happy with it and would recommend shamrock motors to everyone.

We were in the market for a Chevy Tahoe and Shamrock Motors had the most selection availabe for used ones. We got there looked around, went into the showroom, they handed us the keys and we took a test drive. We liked what we saw, the vehicle was in excellent shape, clean and everything that was on their website. We filled out some paperwork, came back the next day and drove the Tahoe off the parking lot. The most laid back dealership I have ever been to. Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. And we got our Tahoe!

Shamrock Motors was very easy to deal with and made my transaction as stress free as possible. There was no pressure at all and they were very attentive to my needs for a vehicle. They worked hard and always had my best interest at heart. I love my new vehicle from them!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Had a great experience buying my first car in 7 years. Shamrock made it very easy to get into my new "to me" car!

Turned off by the owner on the phone,said he wouldn't give me half of what NADA said my car was worth.Didn't even bother to go look at it.Then ran into a friend of mine,at a dealer down the street.He bought a car here and told me they have bad service and wouldn't ever buy here again.So I did not by car from them.Not very smart for the owner.

Didn't come down on the price of the vehicle and found a zip ties holding the tailgate linkage together and the drivers side door lock and inside door handle linkages

Our purchase was a straight walk-on. We drove down to CT from VT to look at a car at another lot. We were disappointed with what we saw, so we drove a little further until we came across the Shamrock Cars lot. The cars were all immaculate, all sporting easily read price, year and mileage stickers, on a clean and accessible lot. After wandering around a bit and looking at candidates in our price range, we went inside and were warmly greeted by the staff. Not to mention handing us two Shamrock Motors sweatshirts and two t-shirts just for coming in! We were handed the key and told to "bring it up front" if we wanted to test drive it. After a quick copy of our drivers' licenses, we took it for a spin. We decided we wanted to try another vehicle, same process, painless and quick. Upon returning with the second car, we decided we wanted it. Due to some financial requirements on our part, we had to return a couple of days later to pick it up. A couple of emails back and forth finished up our transaction, and a couple of concerns we had with the vehicle were taken care of in a matter of hours. We drove back to pick up our SUV and seal the deal. I think we were there a total of a 1/2 hour finishing the paperwork. They even filled out a Vermont registration form for us! The vehicle was fully gassed up, detailed inside and out, and ready for us when we were done. We've purchased several new and used cars over the years, and this was by FAR the most painless purchase either of us have ever experienced. Posters and stickers in the uncluttered and clean sales office notify prospective customers that with internet search engines and multiple dealers in the area, the prices shown are "what you see is what you pay", so there's no haggling and no hassle. The 90 mile drive was more than worth it, and we've already planned on going back next year to upgrade another of our vehicles.
