Not reliable‼️

So disappointed! Went to get a simple oil, change, tire rotation, and to check a tire that had a slow leak. After sitting there for two hours, I inquired on why it was taking so long. They said they were having problems with a recall that they were fixing on the vehicle. By the 3rd hr they finally finished. They let me know that the tire had a slow leak around the valve stem and they fixed it, so at this point, I’m thinking everything is good. As I’m leaving I’m noticing that the tire still has the same amount of air pressure in it and it was still in the same spot versus being rotated. So when I called them the next day they informed me that they didn’t rotate my tires, because the two tires that were on the front were the best already. They also informed me that your air pressure changes in your tires even though I explained to them I had been monitoring that tire for over three weeks. They wanted me to bring my car all the way back down to West Knoxville I am in Mascot working. I had taken off that day early to get my oil change so they were going to come and get my car drive it all the way back down there look at the tire and then drive it all the way back. By this time, I’m not trusting, and I said no. The next day I took my tire to a tire shop and lo and behold there was a nail in my tire and I ended up having to buy two brand new tires on my 2023 Kia Sportage! A few days later my CHANGE OIL light is now coming on!! So did I even get an oil change?? I will never know . At least at Jiffy Lube you know you get an oil change because you can see them. I am very disappointed in this establishment that they didn’t care any more than that to make sure things were done right. It’s hard enough to find a place that you trust to take your car, let alone a dealership That promises you good customer service. Rusty Wallace on Callahan Drive is not a place that I would ever take my vehicle again and I will make sure and let everybody that I come in contact with know that!!

Advertised cars for 5995 They knew nothing about it.

Advertised cars for 5995 They knew nothing about it. Tried to sell me one for 15k. After complaint brought out an old beater that needed tires brakes alignment and other items. Said this is it. What a misrepresented ad. RW baits.

Honda will not stand behind their own or fix them

Took the car in 11-15-23 for a oil change and they rotated the tires. Then the stirring got jerky and would pull to one side our the other. They kept saying it was the tires. Finally talked to someone that asked if it has a click and jerk, he then said your steering unit is going out. Ordered be in Tuesday we waited until the following week called to find out it was not even ordered! Finally fixed that. Took it on a short trip and all the dash lights came on and stirring went bad again. Took it in today now something else has gone bad having to do with the brake and computer. Have to order part, it will be in on Tuesday...ha ha! I always thought Honda backed their cars. Guess not. It's still under factory warranty!

Purchased New 2022 Kia Soul, Parts, Sales Depart. & General Mngr. Jake disappointed hands down! Overcharged my credit card major $ had receipt, didn't even get Apology!👎

Left lug nuts loose on my 2016 kid Sportage tried for 2 days to get a hold of service manager left three voicemails and called multiple times and never got a call back.went to dealership on third day talked to sales manager he said he would get to this and call me back a week later still no calls. Told him I wanted nothing from them but to find out who was doing poor service.ill never go back to this location he seemed to think it wasn't a big deal all I wanted was to try and prevent this from getting someone hurt

A great experience

We recently bought a Kia Sportage from Rusty Wallace Kia. We had a great experience, partly because we love our new car so much but Lee Hersha was our salesman and he did a fantastic job. He educated us and helped us narrow down what we would like to a Sportage. It was right on. He gave us all the options, prices, etc. Was on top of it all. He was friendly but very professional at the same time. We were helped though out the process. Overall just a great experience.

The employees weren’t nice, nor rude. They were there to do their job. I was just another person on their list. I love my Kia. I live very close to the Callahan Drive location. I will drive out of my way to seek out a service department that offers service that makes me feel valued. The Callahan Drive location is adequate. They will take care of your need. They were very robotic.
