My experience at Kia of East Syracuse
Kia of East Syracuse was very responsive when I emailed my interest in the Sportage. I especially liked the indoor heated viewing area that housed the used cars. I was able to take my time looking over the SUV without freezing due to the inclement weather. I asked questions and received answers. I appreciated that. I really did not want to hear a lot of background talk. When I purchased the SUV I wasn't pressured into purchasing additional warranty coverage. The only negative comment I have is I wish we could have spent more time going over all the extras that came with the SUV. But that is on me.I went from a 2003 that only had cruise control on the steering wheel to a 2018 with all kinds of buttons. However, after I left, I felt I could call or go back to the dealer with any questions or concerns I may have with the Sportage. I would highly recommend Kia of East Syracuse.

Completely satisfied! Oil change, tires rotated and Bobby helped me by getting the floor pad out as I had trouble removing it to vacuum. Thanks, Bobby! and thanks to the service people who did the oil and tires.
