Kia of East Syracuse

If there was a ZERO star I would check it..So I have wanted to post this for a long time now. I am finally getting the chance to do so. I look back at this review I did over a year ago now and it truly makes me sick. First let me start by saying that it is so funny to me looking back how the salesman Eduardo, and probably all of them ALWAYS have you fill out the review form PRIOR to your delivery of the vehicle. PRIOR to you signing your contract. That way if anything is wrong, goes wrong, or happens...WHICH IT DID the review is already taken and probably posted! Very genius of you Kia. This salesman is actually the complete opposite of what I said originally. He is a liar! He sold me a piece of sh**!! I can't even begin the list of things wrong with this car. I will start with how I picked it up on a Friday and on Monday I called him to tell him that the front end was shaking so bad I was scared to drive it. I brought it in for them to check it and they told me it needed a tie rod. To which they then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for. Hahaha After I refused and they realized how stupid that sounded after having the car only 2.5 days they agreed to fix it. But it was one thing after another. He just was a snake through and through. Even down to the friggin radio not working. Now I am stuck in this horrible car with no way out!!! So if you're a woman, DONT EVER GO TO A CAR DEALER ALONE!!! They will take you for everything you got with not a care in the world! I promise you! It should be a crime! 

The service department is always extremely helpful, they treat me with professionalism!! Their customer service is beyond reproach!! As an added bonus they allow me to bring my dog while I wait and they treat her like family!!!

My overall experience with Kia of East Syracuse has been exceptional and timely and explained the entire process.

WARNING: Don't ever go to this place. Terrible place to buy the car. Held my car registration for two months and blackmailed me for more money to give me the registration. Terrible customer service. The moment you give the money, the attitude changes completely and goal the becomes to kick you out of the show room as soon as possible. If any issue happens, you call them, they don't even entertain your call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I would have known that before even entering this place.

Just purchased a 2024 Seltos, such a laid back, pleasant buying experience. The staff is friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. My wife hates buying cars but was very surprised during our visit, no hassles just honest prices. Our salesperson Luke was fantastic.

Going with ratings I had on line East Syracuse key or dealership was rated the highest quality dealership in the central New York. I was put in contact with car dealer Max who has been nothing but professional and was able to work with me through the entire process which unfortunately was difficult on my end but I was able to not only get my bank to help Finance but also get a wonderful insurance plan through Progressive that Max was able to get process and I was able to obtain my Kia Soul hatchback in less than 2 weeks. The process was easy the steps were simple the paperwork was very uncomplicated and the process was very streamlined when you went there you came with what you wanted to find and not only did they provide they also could order and find what you were looking for at a moment's notice with a better color and quality down the line. Max made the whole thing possible and I owe everything to him now allowing me to have my own personal brand new Kia Soul hatchback

Hector Lopez was very attentive to my requests and needs for a new car. He took a good deal of time as I took possession of my care telling me how everything works. It drives very smoothly and is very comfortable.
