I always impressed how with the service at East Syracuse Kia Stars for Mike, Anthony and Bobby and the guys in garage. If parts do not need to be replaced, they say so.

I can not say enough great things about the dealership and the people that work there. They were friendly and helpful and everything was done quickly and professionally.

Mark (the salesman) was very attentive to my needs. He was very friendly and personable, easy to converse with, which was a pleasant change from the pushy sales people I have experienced in previously. Gary (finance) definitely took extra time to reach out to every possible lender and found me a great deal.

Absolutely love the people that work there. Always kind and helpful.

we have dealt with Kia for many years. everyone has always been courteous and polite. when an occasional problem did appear it was handled promptly and correctly. we love the service department.

Technician drove car to test transmission and could find nothing wrong...It was probably my wife's imagination. We've never had a car hold up and run as well with this many miles.
