15,000 mile service on my 2014 F-350
I was pkleased at the very quick availability of my service appointment. I called at 3:00PM to schedule service and an appointment was abled to be scheduled for 3:30 PM the same day. This was totalyt unexpected.

Routine service, good as always
Was just in for routine service (oil change, inspection). Service was quick and done correctly. The new waiting area is very nice, and I was there early so I had a nice breakfast at Jenny's.

2003 F350 Repairs
Brad Taylor was excellent as my service manager. Repairs were completed on time and for much less than I thought it would cost me. I was able to use coupons for my diagnostics, car rental and 15% off of the repairs.

Quick and thorough
I went in for a couple of bodywork issues. They replaced the windshield molding on my 15 Explorer with no issue. The rattle in the driver side door the trouble shot for a couple of hours with no resolution. The guy was to continue researching the issue with Forder and get back to me the next day; I'm still waiting for the call (4 days have gone by so far).
