Purchase of a Ford F150
Ian Dorsey was our salesman and he was exceptional! Chris (management) worked hard to get us a deal which was acceptable to us. The customer service was excellent which includes Garin Murrdock in finance! The only negative I can say is the closing process was too long which ended up lasting two hours. When I bought my wife's car last year at Infinity, it took only 45 minutes.

Very good.
I called for an appointment the afternoon before and was scheduled for 7:20 AM the following morning by Lee Samples. I arrived a little early but was greeted by Lee and quickly ushered into the garage. After the preliminary checks, I went inside to describe the services from my coupon book that I wanted. Although the servicing took a little longer than Lee promised, partially because I had not left the wheel lock key where it was easy to find and he had to see me twice for me to remember the correct location, I was very satisfied with the service.

New truck
Fred Thomas is a lying,shady salesman. Watch out. He lied numerous times. Very bad experience and waste of valuable time. Still getting a truck just not from here.

Brad Taylor was a delightful person to work with at Phil Long Chapel Hills. My vehicle was not drivable and because the dealership was short on transmission techs, I was without my Escape for 3 weeks. Brad made sure I had a nice loaner and then made it a point to keep me informed on the status of the repair. Unlike other dealerships I've dealt with over the years, I felt respected and appreciated as a customer.

Friendly, courteous, professional service ... had appointment for oil change, tire rotation & brake inspection ... in on time and completed in a timely manner. I have had my truck(s) serviced at the Chapel Hills location since we moved to CoSpgs (5 years) and they have always done an excellent job.
