I've been using this product for a while, and I had took a visit at Larson Cadillac, and I've had the best experience at this dealership. I had a great salesman help me out by the name of Terry Richardson. He gave excellent service, walked me through everything. And the test drive went well. I felt very satisfied with my service.

5 Star Luxury car /1 Star Customer Service
When scheduling an appointment I was greeted with a very rude person on the phone. I asked her to put me through the to the service department and I quote "what do you need". I knew right away that this conversation was not going to go well! No one greats you, there is no sincerity in genuinely willing to help. It's all about closing the deal and once that done you see their true colors.

I have been using this facility since it's last location in Tacoma. Mike Krone and Terry were excellent in their service. My vehicle was ready and clean upon my arrival. They went through many details regarding the new equipment and made sure that I was satisfied prior to driving home. Great team of professionals here. Also, the store was immaculate and very modern .

Worst service ever
Service cost me 1400.00 dollars. When I drove off nothing worked even after service personnel said they had tested everything. Now when I notified them they said I needed to pay for diagnosis to determine what was wrong with the car! Really, you assured me my $1400.00 payment fixed the problem. Looking into crimes against seniors for work thatt was not properly done. This kind of service is not acceptable in this state. Susan N
