Excellence

Stopped in to check out the facilities and service and plan on having work done. Greeted by the service manager Carl Thorsett, and he was very knowledgeable and I will let others know that Larson Cadillac would be a great place for service.

Poor service again

Once again, poor service. This is my second time getting the oil changed with the same results. Didnt reset the oil light, oily hand prints all over the car, to include the interior of the door. The poor service made me think they might have forgotten to add the oil which made me check to make sure. The perk of free oil changes really ends up being a hassle since I drive 45 minutes just to get to the dealership. Wish I could transfer the rest to another location.

We have implemented an new quick lube oil change process which we believe will speed up the process and keep your car clean, we also wash it for free. Come meet the New Service manager here Carl Thorsett I'm sure you'll be pleased with the changes we've made here.

Disappointing clean up after service

Dealer went out of their way to arrange switching my car for a loner, saving me a long drive to the facility. They returned the car the same way. The dashboard had to be removed to fix the heater. The car was returned very dirty, seats and floor mats. Also the am band on the radio no longer works and the heater temps are unbalanced between left and right. They were quick to ask for the car back to correct any problems as a result of the previous maintenance, and set up an appointment around my schedule. Richard the service guy was right on with the repair estimate. Depending on the follow up appt. I may revise my recommendation level.

Horrible service department!

I had a check engine light come on, on my Escalade. So I took it in too Larson. After two days and $800 in parts and labor my check engine light came back on. Now they are telling me to bring it in to have more parts replaced. Yea sure Ok..... And when I asked them to refund me for all the unneeded parts that they replaced my service adviser just hung up on me. Stay away from their service shop.

Sad that the previous service dept didn't meet your needs. We have a New staff here now headed up by Carl our new Service Manager. Our goal in service is to fix it right the first time.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I needed to replace my car after an accident that totaled the one I had. I was referred to Mike Gates by three people I knew - unbeknownst to each other! I thought, "Wow! Popular guy; he must be good!" Well, he is.... you just tell him what you want; how much you want to spend, and he finds it. No hassle. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. When they say Larson Family, they mean it. I've never been so comfortable in the midst of what can be such a stressful situation. Gerry and Jason also helped me out, too. All really warm and wonderful people! I'm looking forward to seeing them all again next time I need to stop in. They're the best!
