Horrible service department. Four dents in my hood

Buying the car wasn't the problem. I bought two vehicles from them at the same time. I refinanced my Escalade and cancelled my GAP Insurance, it took them over 9 months to get my money back to me when it is supposed to be 6-8 weeks. In that time I sent several emails, stopped by several times and made many phone calls. They forgot to submit it the first time and didn't follow up on it the second time. Like I said, I finally got it back after over 9 months. Then...when taking my Escalade in for work they put us in a rental, which they said was at their expense. When they finally finished my repair they tried to bill me for the rental. Which I refused to pay for and after quite a while of "discussion" they had to drop it because I didn't approve it. Then they dented my hood in four places, one of which the paint chipped off of. The service manager said that even if they did do damage to my vehicle it is on me and my insurance to repair it if they are out driving it, and that they only cover the vehicle if it is damaged in their shop. HE said that because I could not prove that they damaged it in their shop I was out of luck, but he would get me an estimate to have it fixed. I will not be going back there again!!!

Larson Cadillac

I am in my 3rd caddy from Larson Cadillac previously 2 XRS's which are awesome cars and Larson's Service is beyond the extra mile. I now am the proud 1st owner of the Awesome ELR in Pierce County & 3rd in the State! And for that we get a free quick charger installed in our home so my Sweetheart I ready to un-plug and go in 5 hrs.! The 1st 500 miles I put on her she got 83 MPG!!!!! And showing her Awesome Exotic Crystal Red body off around locally cost me 0 gas and about $2.50 in electricity to charge her up with the charger she comes with. This all wheel electric motor driven wheels accelerate faster the a Corvette went up against and blew his doors of through an 1/8th of a mile. She'll only do a lil over 100 mph but she get's there quick and handles like a true GT racing car as the Corvette, XKF Jaguar, and Porch 911Turbo and many others as well. More like a slot car, really!! In closing I will say Larson is one of the best Dealerships in the State. Furthermore my 1st Sales Lady was Kim who went to the Dodge Larson Family and my last 2 cars were with AAron and he treated me as the most important person in the world and I got an awesome deal kids! Go see Larson!!

Z06 Purchase

My recent purchase of a 2007 Z06 Corvette was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff were very thorough with any questions and possible issues with the vehicle. Kim, my sales lady,addressed each item with concern and professionalism being certain the mechanics looked at things that seemed unusual. She made sure to her satisfaction and mine, that everything was 100%. I would recommend any of my family or friends purchase their next vehicle from Kim at Larson Cadillac in Fife.

Shaun Sanders (sales) and Joe (used car manager)

This dealership misrepresents purchase/lease information. When confronted, they say one thing to appease you and then don't follow up with it. They haven't returned my phone calls and I have not received what I was promised. My car is great, but the sales person told me "If you rate me perfect, I'll give you a gift certificate." to a different place than what was promised. He said he only said it to "put out a fire" when I was frustrated w/ the misrepresentation of my lease terms.
