Extremely busy family of 6 without any time to mess around in the buying process. We had done our homework already. Late one Friday night looked at the booked calendar for the next month and decided we were buying that weekend. Entered a search covering the entire metro area for 2 different models in a specific price range. We were surprised to see exactly what we wanted at such a great price. Double checked our info with a couple of pricing services because we were sure the price must be wrong. Called early Saturday morning before their listed hours explaining we were on a tight schedule that day and hoped we might be able to test drive prior to their normal opening time. Received a return call from dealership owner Sean within a few minutes. He patiently worked out a way for us to test drive between kids activities that morning. Had planned to finance through our own credit union. Sean's contacts in financing could beat their rate. A few minutes for paperwork, Off to the next kid activity. Went back at our convenience and we drove away in our new vehicle. No hassle. No gimmicks. Sean is just a super great guy. We plan on having him find us our next car in the Spring. Take to the time to visit his little lot and see the car you're thinking of buying. Small dealer. Small overhead. We saved by supporting an independent business. Win Win all around.

Recently traded in a 2005 Murano for a 2011 Murano. Sean was willing to work with me on a more than fair trade-in value. Sean was knowledgeable, personable and easy to do business with. Not a fancy car lot, but that is made up for tenfold with fair pricing and good service. Great car buying experience, would definitely return!

Sean is great. I looked for a SUV for over 3 months, made a few offers at some of the larger dealerships in town but could never make a deal. The Jeep I found at Hawks Automotive was exactly what I wanted and was at a fair price, actually quite low. Sean made the buying experience very easy. You will not have to spend your entire day here with the sales guy running back and forth to his "sales manager" to negotiate every little point. Sean even has a great financing option with extremely low rates.

The cars he sells are clean, sharp, and in excellent condition. He has high standards for the cars on his lot and excellent resources for financing! Sean and his team are super friendly and helpful!

From finding the car I wanted on their website to driving it home, Sean at Hawk Automotive personally made the entire process streamline! If I had to venture a guess, I'd say that the "Hawk" comes from this dealer having a 'Hawk's Eye' when it comes to finding IMPECCABLE pre-owned luxury cars to sell!! I couldn't have asked for more even if I had anything left to ask for (full car history via CarFax, all maintenence records, etc)! Sean even threw in brand new brakes and rotors to top it all off! Sean is a quality guy who actually cares about the customer and WANTS to sell you a car... Some dealer's want to talk you into what you don't want, and Sean asked what I wanted right off the bat and never stopped until I was driving away in it! I SERIOUSLY recommend this guy!!!

Fantastic service! Sean is a great person to do business with. I had so many questions to ask about the vehicle that I was interested in, he was alway there to answer any questions I had. He is a logical and honest person that I appreciate doing business with. I was in hurry to purchase a new vehicle and we communicated throughout the week and we got it done without any issues, even though I lived on the other side of the state. He also gave me a great deal on the vehicle and he even continued to take care of any minor issues I had. Taking care of a customer even after the purchase says a lot about his honest and great work ethics. I love my new car and I was more than happy to purchase my vehicle from Sean! I was looking at several different cars from several different dealers and after months of getting the run around and playing the number games with all these big name dealers. I seen the exact car I was looking for at Hawk Automotive and even though it was a 3hr drive for me to even look at the car I picked up the phone and called. Sean, the owner, was AMAZING!!!!! There was no number games. Sean gave me a very reasonable price for my trade in without even physically seeing the vehicle. So I made the decision to make the drive and meet with Sean and I'm glad I did. He made the experience very pleasant and as easy and painless as possible. I will definitely look at Hawk Automotive for my next purchase!!!

I drove my previous car for 11 years because quite frankly, I just did not want to go through the car buying process as a single woman. Sure enough, as I began the process of talking to salespeople at several dealerships, I experienced the dreaded shmuck and runaround when they heard a woman's voice on the line. That is, until I called Hawk Automotive and spoke with Sean. I had read the positive reviews and once I spoke with him felt confident that the reviews were correct, that I was dealing with an honest business. I referenced the car I was interested in, an Infiniti M37x, and what I was willing to pay, and Sean told me he would pull the paperwork and call me back. In the meantime, I found an Infiniti at another dealer that was within my price range. But truthfully, Hawk Automotive's reputation for standing behind their vehicles carried more weight with me - knowing that there would be no surprises at the signing or otherwise was invaluable. We were able to come to a very fair agreement on purchase price, and he was able to get a better interest rate than my own credit union, nice bonus. Sean is thorough and he's picky, and his vehicles are in top condition. He's been in business for a little under a decade, I believe, but obviously knows his business well and loves what he does. I felt completely comfortable as we took the car for a test drive and completed the paperwork. The property itself is bare bones, but that did not bother me in the least. I'll take simple, unassuming, and honest over a glitzy dealership any day of the week. Sean answered all questions right down to what each button's function was in the vehicle, and followed up with me to make sure all was well with the car the following week. I'm very appreciative that a dreaded experience turned out to be so easy and pain free. I feel good about my purchase and have no reservations in recommending this dealer. Should I need another car in the future, I'll certainly be working with this one.

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Hawks Automotive. It was hands down the best experience i have ever had looking and purchasing a car.The cars to pick from are all exceptional! This is in every way a better place to buy a car compared to your bigger lots. There was no pressure from anyone at any time. Quality automobiles and exceptional customer service!
