Great Dealer

Gerard was wonderful. He got me exactly the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Easy to work with and I'm very happy with my new vehicle.

Quality care; Customer Service; Overall GREAT!!

I got an 03 Nissan Murano from here and I have had no issues with any one on the staff. Everyone I have met is courteous and helpful. The process of buying my truck was painless and my payments are very reasonable. I have and I will continue giving referrals to this dealership.

Amazingggg Customer Service

The staff is amazing I have never had any issues with this place. The owner is very down to earth and an overall honest and trustworthy business man. The cars are always current and up to date paperwork wise and I refer customers on a regular. You will not go wrong with car star; if something isn't in stock they will work with you. The quality of repairs I give 5 starts as well it would not let me add it

03 BMW 745LI CRAP

I am writing this email due to the fact I have had my car since March 18th and it has been in the shop since March 20th.......... When i first came home I put my car through MD inspection of course it did not pass, needed 2 rear tires, sticker off front window, parking lights replace, and Air Bags did not work in car which was a major issue..... My cost to just get it through MD inspection was a total of $1356.98.. REALLY how crazy is that. I spent over 9000.00 to just buy the car and put 4500.00 down on the car in cash to then have to put another 1356.98 in the car to just get it through MD inspection. Once I completed the MD inspection i didn't make it out of the shop driveway and my car died, HUH!!! they towed it back to shop to tell me now it needs a alternator, which by the way runs over 650.00 for the part and about 500.00 just in labor so another 1500.00 into this car that i have only drove 1 day since i bought it March 18th how crazy is that. I have called your dealership when this first started and of course no help at all, just a check for 200.00 dollars was sent to me well that just paid for my tires i needed that it. I have called several times to let you guys know the problems i have been having and of course no help. I called today to let you guys know about the alternator and of course the person who answers states "I should of bought a warranty" Are you kidding me he tells me "I should have bought a warranty", well maybe you should of sold me a decent car and i wouldn't have to worry about these things. I am so frustrated about this matter I buy a car from you guys and you sell me a lemon and then get no help from you guys.... Plus as i look over the paperwork today, the car was listed for 7995.00 but you put on my paperwork 8995.00 that why i ow so much on my car left...... I will be posted not good reviews anywhere I can. I will def let people know how much of a crappy dealership you are...... Your cars are junk. I already called the bank and told them everything about how this car is junk i also told them if this car does not get resolved I will not be paying for this car either. I have also reported this to the Virginia Motor Vehicle Administration about this issues.

The way a car dealership should be

The best customer from a car dealership I have ever received. They were patient, thorough and helped me get exactly what I wanted. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

Not Impressed

I found the staff to be unprofessional and when addressing issues with a car that I was interested in, they dodged fixing the problem. Overall, I found the staff to be rude when talking on the phone and in person. From my personal experience, if the car is in perfect condition then you shouldn't have any problems but they are unwilling to solve issues that arise.

Great Customer Service

Great referral from my friend to add Carstar to my list. I have been shopping for a month and have been to several dealers and Carstar was by far the nicest. Very professional and it seemed that everyone was there to meet my needs. They had a ton of vehicles to choose from but I fell in love with a 2014 Honda Accord which was practically brand new. Their financing gave me a better rate than my credit union and I am now enjoying my new baby. If you are tired of stressful car shopping, I would recommend you give Carstar a try.

2010 Chrysler 300 SRT8

I shopped around for a while - didn't want to rush into a purchase this time around. I was strictly looking for SRT8s. I found the one I ended up buying after reading reviews. I have had the car for about 3 weeks now and the only thing I have had to fix was an O2 sensor so that I could pass emissions. CarStar ordered the part and I paid for half the price - they installed it themselves. I was like WOW!!! Thanks CarStar! PS I recommend getting some type of extended warranty on any used car. They got me a good deal on warranty.

Great dealership

It was a great experience at Carstar the employees are on it, as soon as I drove into there lot there was someone already outside ready to help. They answered all my questions to the best of there ability and they are very reasonable on there prices I would suggest others to visit Carstar and get there new vehicle for them

BEST DECISION I MADE

From start to finish, John and the Carstar staff were respectful, courteous, engaging, and a pleasure to work with. We came in last Monday to trade our Corvette for an F-150 FX4! We loved the truck we found on Carstar website, Carstar was persistent and called us several times to follow-up. Our Corvette meant a lot to us, but it wasn't getting out much and we missed having a truck. we left with a smile and a last glimpse of our girl (you know, the Vette), knowing we had started another chapter and that the Vette would find a new, excited owner soon! We have no regrets, and will definitely stop at Carstar first when it's time for a new ride! Many Thanks to John and Carstar staff that made our truck buying experience easy and fun! TRUCK YEAH!
