I purchased a car with Christina in Sept 2018. They do tell you bring the car back in 5 days if you’re not pleased. I didn’t find this out until later plus the drive there is far. Upon leaving with the car I discovered my horn didn’t work even though hey had inspection papers saying it was in working condition. Next my front brakes needed replacement. Next the mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced and the connection for the battery is loose. So I have to reconnect it from time to time for my car to start. I’m very disappointed and upset I pay a car note for such a faulty car with aftermarket parts.

After recently moving to Virginia, I was looking for a new/used car. CarNova Stafford came to my rescue in more ways than one! Validation from the dealership itself is always a plus. The inside of my car, the outside, the drive, everything felt and looked like I was driving a 2018 version. After approval, fees piled on to loan amount that equaled the cost of the car so the car doubled in price. I left it right there.

Was shopping for a commuter car that wasn't too expensive but reliable. The staff was very friendly and the sales guy really took his time to show me a few cars. My friend who drove me actually ended up also purchasing and was already done and waiting for me in the new car he just bought lol! I decided on a new corolla and the finance manager was actually able to make the pay under my budget. I'm pretty surprised that they were able to give me a 2015 with really low payments. If you are looking for dealership that will amaze you go here.

I came in with a friend who was looking for a car. I saw that they also had a G8 that I've always wanted but never thought I'd be able to get. Markie who was helping my friend sat me down with the finance guy G and he went over my situation. They appraised my current vehicle and I was able to use that as a downpayment. I honestly did no think anyone would be able to get me into a G8. I really appreciate you guys.
