Everyone was friendly and they were willing to work with you to insure all your need are met. I told Herbert what I was looking for in a car and he provided a few choices for me to see. I wasnt rushed nor did I feel pressured into having to buy a car. Coming into this I have never bought a car before, but they helped me understand everything fully and I did not feel like they were trying to cheat me at all.
