Great experience

We must say the process from the salesman to finish buying the process was smooth and very comfortable . They even went the extra mile on explaining and setting p the features that come with the car.

Pleasant experience

I was totally please with my experience, my sales person Luis Ortiz was super awesome, he spent time to get me the best car at the best price. Luis explained all the functions the car had and showed me how to use all and set up everything for me, highly recommend to all.

New car purchase

The service was great from beginning to end. All my questions were answered and I actually got the car I was internet stalking, but didn't actually think I could afford to walk out the door with. Natalie and the rest of the staff at Hertrich really worked with me to get me the rates and car that I wanted.

Over all I had a good experience at the dealership very friendly staff. Price of the car was were it needed to be. Happy with the whole car buying experience.

Well I think that when the customer buys a new car and it's due for its first service oil change tire rotations fluid top offs whatever should be complementary

Car number three

This is the third car that we have bought from this dealer. We priviously had two Acuras. This is our first Hyundai. The staff was very professional and explained the entire operation of the vehicle. We look forward to driving our new Hyundai.
