Great experience!

I worked with John Santellan and Tommie Smith to buy a truck last week. I have been working on trying to get a truck for about 2 years, and have had nothing but frustration. They took the time to work with me and help get the best deal and now i FINALLY have the truck I want! would recommend them to anyone.

Great Dealership

This is the second vehicle that I've purchased from Mel Hambleton. Both times the experience was great. I did'nt feel pressured in doing anything I did'nt want to do. They really worked with me both times. I would recommend them.

rude people

My husband and I went here just to look we weren't 100% sure exactly what we wanted.. We walked past a couple sales men in s golf cart! And they asked can we help you and we replied no not right now we are just looking we will let you know and one of the sales men said back to us very rude" Yea I'm sure everyone is looking" and they drove off... I will NEVER do business with these rude people EVER!!

Simple process and no stress

The staff did a great job finding a vehicle that matched our needs, and explained all of its features. We talked about the benefits of leasing vs buying, depending on what financial incentives applied. After I signed the paperwork for the vehicle, a tech walked me through the Sync system, and I've received a few phone calls since to make sure everything has been going well. I'd easily recommend the dealership to my friends.

Always treated right!

Our salesman was Mir. He was very courteous and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He made leasing our new truck very easy. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. He was very professional. We ended up leasing an F150 and we absolutely love it. Mel Hambelton has always been our go-to dealer because of salesmen like Mir and because of their quality and care. James in finance helped us with our contract and was very detailed. He helped us secure the best rates and worked with us on our monthly payments. Jacob in delivery helped me setup my bluetooth and took me step-by-step on how to operate the truck and showed me all of the new gadgets and gizmos that came with my new truck. He was very thorough in explaining everything and told me to call him should I need anything. I highly recommend Mel Hambelton Ford because they truly care about the customer's wants and needs.

Great Dealership, Great Experience!!!

I love my new F150 truck. I have been a Toyota person and thought I would try a ford instead. After 10 minutes of driving, Ford is way ahead on everything. Mark Rank was great to deal with. This was my first car bought there and I will be back again.

Shop elsewhere! Avoid this high-pressure place!

The highest-pressure sales I have ever experienced! My salesman Cody Hazard was great right up until I stated that I needed more time to think and I felt uneasy about signing papers that night. Sitting in the Finance office so that I could better understand how a lease works, I quickly realized that they thought this was a done deal. I stated numerous times that I wanted to leave, wanted to wait until the next business day. I had only looked at 3 Ford Fusions, of course each with only a 10 minute test drive. I wasn't sure that Ford Fusion was THE vehicle. But everything I said was met with a rebuttal with a hint on belittling... "But you already drove several cars." "You came here last night and said you needed time, and now I spent today with you and you drove several cars. What else is there to think about?" "Why do you need to look at anything else? This car has what you asked for." The Finance guy even told me that he would likely lose his job if I didn't sign the papers! They were rapid fire in the end, both of them, and they were NOT going to let me leave. They eventually wore me down - I still cannot believe I allowed that to happen, despite my determination hours earlier that I needed time to THINK and research and understand what I was getting myself into. And of course, within the days to follow, I have serious buyer's remorse for leasing a new Ford Fusion. No, it probably wasn't the right car. No, I did not negotiate a good deal. Did they sneak a few things past me. Yep! They took those decisions and that opportunity for me to feel good about the deal away from me. In my eyes, unforgivable! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER! They should have given me the time that I begged for, and then I would have recommended them to everyone I came across. I teach and you can be sure that I will work this experience into many lectures in the future. An unhappy customer is not a good thing, but that night, Cody and his Finance buddy only saw dollar signs. Hope it was worth it. I will never forget that scene in that office that night.

Great to work with during and after the sale

I contacted Mel Hambelton Ford while searching online for a nicely equipped used F150. Even though I live in Colorado, Obi was able to answer all my questions, take me through a personal video walkthrough of the truck, and set up delivery service. There were a few outstanding items after delivery which Obi and others at the dealership took care of right away. Buying long distance without a test drive can be risky, but MHF offered a 30 day/1000 mile warranty which certainly helped my decision. Now after six weeks and about 2500 miles, I'm very satisfied with both the truck and the whole experience.

Awesome service and customer care.

My wife and I have now bought two vehicles from MH Ford and my ore s have also bought two from them now. We used Ray Norris and Tommie smith, they are awesome!! And will do anything for you. I highly recommend the dealership and these guys if you want a hassle free no run around buying experience.

Fun to work with

My daughter bought her first car with the help of Stan Bogdan. He was easy going and listened to her needs. Th finance guy James was also helpful and efficient.
