It was an awesome experience working with Guadelupe Gonzalez. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him/Mel Hambleton. It was beyond a 10 experience!!

Excellent customer service...AGAIN!!

I have bought 6 vehicles from MHF since 2006 and every experience was the same...OUTSTANDING!! I'm in the customer service business and understand that it's all about the customer experience. Obviously, MHF is all about the customer experience as they once again provided me and my family with a great experience. My sales consultant was Tariq Aness for all 6 of my transactions and he's got the customer experience figured out. I also use the service department and they also have the experience figured out. I specifically deal with Josh Proffitt and Grant Stuckey and their customer service is elite!! Thank you guys for being at the top of your game!!

Help needed!

My wife has been living in Austin, TX for the last 5 years while I have been in Wichita. To move her here I needed to reduce my budget, a lot. I came into Ford want to get out of my lease with Infinity, payment was so high! Mel worked and worked until he could find a solution that got me out of my Car, with little money down, and into a new Escape Titanium. Then he was able to do the same with my wife car. So that day we traded 2 Infinity's for the Escape and a Focus Titanium. We have now reduced our payment by 40% and love the new cars. Mel and his team really showed me that Ford does have the high service like Infinity and Lexus which mean so much to us.

Loved it!

Loved my experience getting my first car! Reggie Harlmon made it so easy to understand and was very friendly. Would rate 6 stars if it had the option to!

A fun and genuine experience!

After finding out we had to begin an unexpected search for a new vehicle, my husband and I were just out browsing trying to find the right vehicle that was in our budget. Stan immediately made us feel at home, he sat us down to discuss our situation before taking us out to the lot. After finding out what different vehicles we were considering and what our budget was, he showed us to the lot to have a better idea. Stan was amazing. He was so helpful and genuinely looking out for us when discussing our options. We ended up driving away in a BRAND NEW 2015 Ford Focus. Not only was it brand new, but it was the car we wanted, and best of all it was in our budget! I would recommend Stan to anyone, and will definitely continue doing business with him and mel hambelton because of him in the future.

Best Ford dealership in Wichita

Lookup Mir Rahman at Mel Hambelton for a car buying experience that will be enjoyable. I have bought three cars from Mel Hambelton and all three I was treated like a friend. Will not go anywhere else.

Change doesn't have to be adversity

I have purchanced a plethora of nice vehicles in my day. I was a proud owner of another GT Premium Mustang, this one being the powerful 5.0. I, as a disabled vet, just couldn't afford this one at this time, yet I just could not let it go. Bob Kisner, and all that assisted me, in a trade in, made my experience so much easier because dollar signs were not all the dealership and especially Bob, was at stake. They believe in customer service and the reputation of the 225 member team at Mel Hambelton Ford.
