Great buying experience with Obi and Mel Hambelton Ford

Obi and the staff at Mel Hambelton treated us like family. I believe they were fair and up front about the used vehicle we bought. Plan on doing business there again.

Great Customer Service

Kent did a great job getting my APIM module shipped in and installed. The customer courtesy car was nice. I could not ask for better service. Quick, Polite, Professional, Quality! Well Done!

Work completed to satisfaction

All work done as requested. The truck was washed after work. Price of work was as expected. Communication with service was good. Truck drives like new.

Jeree

My child recently ran up on a median and did undercarriage damage to the vehicle. Could not claim on insurance due to 1 accident and a ticket reported. Josh and the service department did an excellent job communicating and making the stressful process less stressful! I highly recommend Mel Hambelton to anyone.

Traveled from KC to Deal with Jason @ MH

Jason and the team at Mel Hambelton are as top notch as they come. I was dealing with more than 8 dealers in the Midwest on our Expedition deal and Jason's honest, to-the-point and enjoyable communication stood out above all the rest. I ended up driving the 3 hours from Kansas City to Wichita to do this deal. There were other good offers made by other area dealers but there were some fishy numbers here and there or other reasons to believe the deal may not go so smoothly once we arrived at the dealer. I had 100% confidence that Jason & Co were going to treat us right and we were not disappointed.

Easy to work with.

The group that we worked with was easy to work with. Phil and Mark made it easy to look at vehicles. Very relaxed no high pressure. Great experience.

Not another salesman, but a genuine people person!

Robert Kinney "The Redneck Guy" was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Car buying is not fun, there's really not much I like about it at all, but he made it a pretty enjoyable experience. He was transparent, honest, and very down to earth. He made us feel comfortable through the entire process and addressed every concern along the way. My husband is not a "Ford guy" so we were there purchasing a used Chevy, but given the experience we had, I would most certainly consider making a future purchase with him for my next vehicle, even if it is a Ford! If you are hesitant to buy because of a concern with "pushy salesmen" then I highly reccommend you reach out to Robert Kinney at Mel Hambelton. You'll leave with one more person to call friend...and a new ride! ;)
