Best Car Buying Experience!!

Mel Hambelton has an amazing dealership! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The building is really clean and an awesome cafe with good quality food. I never felt pressured or frustrated with any part. Richard Hutsell was amazing to work with and he worked hard to find me the perfect truck! He is very sweet and did a great job to find exactly what I was looking for.

Fast and stress free!

Walking into the dealership I was hesitant and didn’t want to talk to any employees, just walk around. Richard came and said hi and walked with us looking at cars. He was never pushy and always was polite. Long story short we ended up buying and it was a great experience. I’ve never had that kind of service anywhere I’ve bought a car. We have loved working with him and everything we have asked of him after the sale has been done and perfect!! Thanks so much Richard!! You are the best!!

Caring and hardworking

There was a mess up with the first truck. Didn’t have something we thought it had but everyone worked very hard to get me into a different truck. Salesman Dorian was awesome.

Best Customer Service

Dorian was amazing. He was so easy to work with and truly went above and beyond to get me the car I needed. Mel Hambelton is the best dealership that I have ever visited. It is clean, friendly, and has a huge selection.

Excellent experience

I just want to give a huge shout out to my friend Dorian Fox and his management. They helped me out of a situation that seemed absolutely impossible and made my family's life better (seems dramatic I'm sure but it's true!) long story short, I had a TA 392 challenger that I desperately needed out of, I'm a mother of three plus one bonus son! We need a family car of course BUT our main sense of urgency was that My oldest son has recently had two emergency hip surgeries, continues to have hip pains and problems etc... he will need more surgeries in the future and at just 15 years old he actually needs a hip replacement. Though we had adapted to taking two cars everywhere, He could no longer enjoy the rides in the challenger. His pain was unbearable in the car. We were desperate for a vehicle to fit our family and be worth the transition. I was very upside down in my car (which is why I didn't think it'd even be possible)... they worked with us, found a vehicle that could carry my negative equity, with some money down and boom- we now are the proud new owners of a 2019 FX4 expedition! It's bittersweet but I'm so happy! I could go on and on about our experience. We did all of the wheeling and dealing over the phone and made the trip to Wichita from Fayetteville Arkansas; it was well worth it! Our kids are so happy and comfortable 😊?? I thought I'd be sad to give up my hot rod but I couldn't feel better! Thank you Mel Hambelton Ford and of course Dorian Fox.

end up good

it started on the bad side at first with misunderstanding but did work with me at the end and got the best for me on a deal for the car.he did work hard and did good at the end for me so i would recommend robert kinney for your car needs and he will work hard for you and best deal for your new car and even after sale he will work with you after the sale.

not happy with the sale

ive bought 2 cars in the past and now i was interested in a 3rd and got the run around and rud emails from tham.not going back again.

I was reluctant, but I was wrong

Gary was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I didn't feel pressured, and when I needed a minute they walked away. Casey in finance was top notch. Looking to buy a 2nd vehicle and they can have my business!
