Justin B was very helpful as we, my mom and I were looking for a car for my daughter. Justin listened to what we wanted and showed us three options but one had just sold. The second was a standard and the last one was offered for the right price and a deal was made. Justin called and texted me to see that everything was ok and weather my daughter like the car, but we didn’t give it to her until the 17th. Justin has been extra helpful and was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I had Richard h as my salesmen. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and with the assistance of his manager was able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. They had it shipped and it had everything on our wishlist and some things we didn’t know we wanted. I highly recommend Mel hambleton for their customer service and Richard for help finding a car.

A phone call inquiring about seating capacity of Ford SUV’s was fielded by Justin Blevins. He answered questions and invited us to come in and let him show us some vehicles. We were shown several and drove a couple. Justin was very helpful and we were narrowing down options when someone else got involved trying to sell us a new SUV with some hail damage. We were not impressed with the game playing at that point. We left after a lot of wasted time. We DID go back another day and purchased a 2018 Explorer. Justin provided great customer service both before AND after the sale.

Richard was great to work with. I did not feel pressured in to buying. I would recommend him to everyone. They offered great rebates which sealed the deal for me. Overall wonderful experience.
