I only had an oil change, but the team clearly communicated to me how long it would take, and then they got it done faster than the estimate. Sales and accounts receivable personnel were both very friendly as I waited. The facility was clean, and well-maintained, and I was very comfortable as the service was being performed. Great visit, as always!

I tried for over 3 hours to get someone in your parts department to answer the phone to see if I could get a small replacement SLT medallion for my GMC pickup. Your phone kept giving me a recording that you had no working phone service in the parts dept. I called the service dept. several times and the lady tried to connect me to the parts mgr. (who was not there} and to someone named Alan {who was also not there}. I finally got connected to someone named Joe who was very nice and who tried his best to help me. He is the only bright spot that I found in this miserable attempt to contact your business!
