Craig & Dawn were great to deal with. I ran across the listing for the Del Sol online and went to look at on a Sunday afternoon. Craig let me have the keys for a test drive. I came back the next morning and purchased the car. All the vehicles are well picked and he has the best to choose from. NOT a typical used car dealership. Superior vehicles and service and people.

My fiance and I have a background in the car industry as his father used to own a dealership and my fiance worked almost every position there. We are pretty particular about customer service and the whole buying process, but Indy Auto Source surpassed our expectations! Not only were they very down to earth and friendly, they were more than accommodating when the bank decided to drag their feet about pushing our loan through. The buying process was smooth sailing and literally the signing of the paperwork took about 10 minutes as apposed to the hours on end you'd sit waiting at one of the big name dealerships. We LOVE our new Cadillac and will definitely be contacting the Millers again when its time to replace my truck. You will not be disappointed!

My previous cars have been purchased through private sellers and I recently started searching for a used vehicle through dealers for a van to travel across the country. Before finding Craig and Dawn at Indy Auto Source, I thought I made a poor choice going through a dealership after several bad experiences with other dealers. But my worries were quickly gone when I met the couple whom made me feel very comfortable when reviewing a minivan they had on the lot. When I first walked in the building, Dawn made me feel very welcome with her friendly greeting then took me to the garage where Craig was personally working on a recently purchased car. From working on the cars himself, he knows more about the vehicles than the majority of other dealers who have the cars worked on at an independent shop. He was very open and honest about any previous or existing issues, if any, and allowed me to take the vehicle I was interested in for several hours to test it out on my own. I felt confident with the vehicle and wanted to purchase the Dodge Grand Caravan from them. When it came down to purchase time, the majority of time was spent just speaking with Dawn about various other topics which was very calming and relaxing with no pressure to buy right then on the spot. You get a sense that they are more of friends then someone making a sale and it is certainly appreciated. With a deal reached, Dawn also helped out with a warranty at a good price which is a great peace of mind with the long travels I have coming in the future. Will recommend to any one searching for a used car and they have gained a lifetime buyer from me!

Never in my 40 odd years of buying cars has it been so easy as it was dealing with Craig and his staff. He had just the car we needed for my wife who is retiring. Low miles and in perfect condition. If you need a car see Craig he is great to work with.

After looking for a week at sub par vehicles i found Indy Auto Source and went to see what they were about. They had nothing but quality cars on the lot. I spoke with Craig who showed me a couple cars. No pressure but plenty of information about them was given. After a short drive we made the easy deal. I dread used car shopping and usually stay clear of the 'Used Car Lots'. This isn't your typical lot. To get me to fill out a review isn't easy but i think they deserve it. Go see them for a quality used car.

We found a low milage, super clean van at a good price. We were not pressured by the sales staff. All of the vehicles on the lot were clean nice cars. Would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Craig & Dawn made us feel at home with zero purchase pressure. Craig has a good eye for his vehicles for sale and can answer any question. The vehicles are clean & serviced and delivered the my new car with a full tank of gas. I would definitely do business with Indy Auto Source again.
