I was looking for a used car within my modest price range. Indy Auto Source has an incredible and quite varied selection that will satisfy and provide multiple options for any budget. Craig and Dawn were very personable and truly raise the bar when it comes to customer service and going the extra mile for their customers. Craig told me all of the repairs that he put into the vehicle prior to listing it (a sum total that would have certainly raised the price of the car but he didn't pass that cost on to the customer----I have NEVER seen a car salesman do that before), was quick and efficient and even delivered the vehicle to my home personally. Another first in my experience with car salesmen. The people at Indy Auto Source are not your run of the mill used car salesmen. They genuinely love to sell high quality vehicles and genuinely love to establish a trusting relationship with everyone they come in contact with. The most low pressure sales experience of my life. I've never written a review about any company that I've bought something from, but definitely wanted to take the time to for this dealer. That should tell you how great this place is. Honest, friendly people with nice, clean vehicles that are priced to sell. We are spreading this dealers name around to anyone looking for a vehicle. We plan to use them in the future & were impressed with this family and their business.

From our first vehicle out of college, through our latest purchase a week ago, Craing has been somehow involved with all but 2 purchases. After we left the Indianapolis area, we have purchased 3 cars from him. He has given us fair value for trades, site unseen. He has met us halfway to bring us a car, and had one shipped to us because we couldn't get back in time. The buying process has been easy from his website and he has even looked for cars specicially for us based on our criteria. The paperwork process can sometimes take long and is boring for 3 kids under 13, but a gameroom helps keep the kids occupied while mom and dad deal with signing things. As long as Craig Miller sells cars, I will only buy from him.

Craig and Dawn. Well, first I must say they are nice people and doing business with them was a great experience. I was looking for a jeep. I found one online and called the number. Craig answered and told me about the jeep. While visiting, I was impressed right away with all the cars on the lot. The cars looked clean and nice. All the cars were priced to sell. Took the jeep for a test drive and was ready to buy. Dawn helped me out when I arrived. She is really nice to deal with. Craig and Dawn are honest people and will tell you how it is. Craig is very experienced with cars, especially jeeps. If you want no stress and no pressure to buy and some really nice cars to look at, drive and consider for purchase, then you need look no further. Craig and Dawn did a great job helping us find the vehicle that was right for us. He was very honest about the vehicle which is very important when buying a used one. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle to the moment I drove away in my 2004 Jeep, the staff catered to my every need and I can say without a doubt that I have not experienced this level of customer service in ANY industry EVER..... E.V.E.R. You will be dealing directly with the owner (Craig), his wife (Dawn), and Mike, his enthusiastic and all-around awesome assistant/sales extraordinaire. They were so personable and friendly and understood my car needs by actually taking the time to get to know me and even further enhanced the experience by getting to know my girlfriend who was only there for support. Both Craig and Mike went over every single detail of my future purchase by showing me the repair history and personalized vehicle upgrades. Upon first inspection, I was immediately directed to the Jeep's engine which I found to be unusual, but in the way of being impressed by that level of detail. Craig immediately pointed out areas of potential rusting, a common issue with Jeeps, and suggested preventive measures. Absolutely nothing was wrong with this Jeep mind you - the vehicle was in superior condition and well maintained with no rust whatsoever - but he really seemed to care about the future care of this Jeep and, more importantly, my well being as a customer. I was then guided along the vehicle's exterior as we carefully viewed every inch from the underbody to the soft top with Craig pouring over every nook and cranny. I was then welcomed to the interior features which were in excellent condition and yet again he provided me with detailed information about the radio and 4WD features, etc. etc. The test drive portion was hassle free. The facilities were warm and welcoming and not to mention pretty kick@$$. The closing was quick and painless. Everything was explained clearly. The list goes on and on. I really felt like I was purchasing a car from family members. (They are not my family members. haha!) Everything just felt... RIGHT. Not only was my vehicle in excellent condition, but I walked away feeling incredibly reassured about my purchase. These people are trustworthy and honest and you should definitely buy your car here if you have the opportunity. I would recommend this dealer to any friend. I would indefinitely buy here again. Ok so I have always been cautious buying a vehicle for little mom and pop dealerships and always caution that the vechile will have some type of problem that mean more expense to repair. But going to Indy auto source made me very comfortable buying a used vehicle from them. Craig,Dawn and Cassandra, treated my girlfriend and I like family they walked us thru every little detail about the van and made sure they were providing a vehicle that is not only safe and reliable for us but also safe and reliable for our children to ride in. I am happy to say that I will be going back to Craig, Dawn and Cassandra for another vechile and any repairs and maintenance that needs to be done. Indy Auto Source was incredibly easy to work with. I felt confident in my purchase because Craig took care of replacing wheel bearings that were going bad for me before he would let me buy the car. I never felt sold. There are no sneeky salesmen tricks here. Just an honest family owned business that cares more about taking care of their customers needs than squeezing every penny out of you. Dawn made the paperwork very easy and Craig let me test drive the car multiple times to make sure I was happy with it. I got more for my trade in than I expected and I feel like I got a great deal.
