As soon as I walked into Indy Auto Source I knew it was going to be a good experience. Dawn (Craig's wife) warmly greeted us right away. This was the 7th dealer I had been to in my search for a used car and by far the best! It was the greatest car buying experience I could've imagined. Craig was so friendly and so honest with everything. He let us make our own decisions and was not pushy at all, but still truthfully answered any questions we had. I will definitely be coming back here in the future when I am in the market for another car! Thanks Craig!

I have been trying for a month now to get my oil change, after my previous oil change place rendered my drain plug useless (then told me it'd be 500 bucks to fix it). I had come last week, and Craig had tried to fix the issue but couldn't find the tool he needed. He found it this past week and texted me to let me know. I brought my car again today (12/4/15) and he went the extra mile to fix it. He had to use special tools, talk to a part store, and put in about 2 hours of work. And the pricing was a steal, and I was incredibly impressed. He also didn't talk down to me like a lot of car places do, because I'm a girl. The waiting room was so much fun, too. I was there for 2 hours and didn't notice. I played an old fashioned racing arcade game, pinball game, and then watched Netflix. I was so impresesed with Craig, the service, and the facilities. My husband and I have had other repairs done by him before, and he always impresses us. He really is the best car guy I've ever met. I highly recommend him.

Craig was a pleasure to work with. I was looking for a car for my kid and Craig made the process very easy and pain free. Craig spent the time to show me multiple vehicles and helped make the decision very easy. I will definitely be back to see Craig when I am in need of another vehicle. Let me say first that I had only bought a used car from a dealer once in my lifetime and it was not a good experience but after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance with Indy Auto Source. I am convinced that Craig is the most honest car man that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I was interested in a 1999 GMC Jimmy that he had on his lot. I test drove the vehicle and I thought it was very nice but Craig told me that it had been sitting for a while and that he would like to check it out before I made my decision. The next day I returned and he told me that he had tested the battery and decided to put a new one in . He also told me that he didn't like the way the air conditioner sounded so he installed a rebuilt one in it. He did not have to do either of these things because I would have never known. I ended up purchasing the Jimmy and a several days later the AC started making a loud noise so I called Craig and he told me to bring it in. He ended up installing a Brand New AC unit at no charge. I have not had any more issues . The Jimmy looks great not a speck of rust on it, immaculate inside and out and it drives great. Believe me you cannot go wrong if you decide to try them out. I HIGHLY recommend INDY AUTO SOURCE if you're looking to buy from someone Honest and Trustworthy Craig is your guy.

Craig met me at the airport with my new truck. He deducted from the vehicle the cost of my flight. I live in Upstate NY. I had been looking for a specific truck with specific options for over a year. Craig had the truck I was looking for. Not only is he extremely honest and forthright, but everything he had to say about the truck prior to purchasing was true. The good, the bad and the ugly. (Very light on the uglies!) Like many, I've purchased many vehicles over 50 years. This was by far and away the best experience I've ever had. No high pressure tactics. Spoke the truth. Never misrepresented anything. I will go back to Craig for another vehicle next year. Chances are, if he doesn't have what I want, he'll go find it. And it will be exactly as he stated. I can't recommend he and his dealership any higher. Clearly the best. And his wife Dawn was extremely helpful as well when called upon. Thank you Craig.

Craig and Dawn made the car buying experience a true joy! They were genuinely concerned that we were happy with our vehicle, a 2002 Deville. They are honest, trustworthy and just plain good people!! We purchased a 2002 Red Thunderbird from Craig and Dawn. The car is absolute stunning, pristine condition and draws attention wherever we go to. We are in our 60's and the car (together with Beach Boys, Elvis and Frankie Valli cd's) makes us feel young again! You would never get the kind of attention and service from any other car dealer around...Craig even met us half way to deliver it! The husband and wife team makes purchasing a car truly a pleasure. It's like buying a car from a trusted family member. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

This was not at all what I was expecting as a first time car buyer. It was so much better. I mainly worked with Dawn, whom I now love. I was so nervous and scared that a car dealer would try to profit on my inexperience. She put me at ease in the first 5 minutes. You could tell they were an honest family, just like I was raised. I was worried because my credit score was low do to medical bills and no credit. But, I really needed to buy a truck to build my credit and for my son, his buddies, and i his dirt bike. As expected, the first financing bank wouldn't approve. Dawn knew about my credit history and didn't want to continue having the Banks pulling my credit and making it worse. So, again, she put me at ease and said that she would automatically go to the Bank she was sure to give me a loan. Because of her advice, I was able to buy my son's truck, got my very first loan, and she went above and beyond to tell me a few more tricks to raise my credit score quickly. Later, I met Craig and he was just as sweet as Dawn. He told me that he replaced the emblems that made the truck look better and did an 1,100 dollar repair, that wasn't part of the selling price. He just wants to ensure that he doesn't sell a lemon. I was so excited to get the truck, they let me drive the truck home and they brought my car home on a trailer, the same day. I will continue to go back as long as I need another vehicle. So, if you're wanting to buy a very nice used car, you should definitely come here.

Craig was wonderful to work with. From the second I stepped on the lot he was friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. He helped me find the car I wanted and loved, answering any and all questions. The Jeep I bought was in pristine condition inside and out and has run like a gem since I got it. I will no doubt go back for maintenance and again when I buy my next car. I would recommend Indy Auto Source to anyone looking for a used car!
