A few months back my husband and I traded in our truck for a new one. The process was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer ship. We were told multiple different things from different people. For example we had to have a down deposit then the next person said no we didn’t need one. We had to sign multiple contracts. Then come to find out they were late and short on the money owed for the buyout with the old truck. I will never buy another vehicle from them again! Do not recommend!!

Worst Customer Service in ALL DEPT'S.
First new car I've ever had and has been a nightmare after the first 6 months of owning it. So many defects, recalls and trash transmission. Just had to have PCM ($826) replaced due to faulty grounds of bolts that I had asked about on 3 occasions that were never recalled only sent to ford dealership service centers. Asked a 4th time and was told "We do what we're told." Every time my car was in their service dept. it was damaged. Some was fixed some still getting the run around on. Now defective actuators went bad and heater core is leaking due to it. Was told to talk to the general manager of the dealership and the service dept manager. General manager hung up service manager said "I thought we were done with this?" How is it done when it hasn't been fixed?? Now have 2 case's with Ford Corporation about this dealership.

Update. Filed a complaint with the BBB both here on the dealership and the BBB in Michigan to go to Ford Corporate. Dealership said talk to Corporate Corporate said it's on the Dealership. Not only did the damages listed happen and some were fixed more was not fixed. Asked for print out of services done to the car they gave me print outs with things they did left out. Went in for an oil change the next day went to leave was told by nieghbor to look under my car. They did not get the oil filter in place correctly and all the oil in it was in my drive. Called them they wanted me to drive it 10 miles with no oil in the car told them no they did send someone here to replace the filter and oil.

Made it easy and stress free. Called me back the next day with a better financing rate. I will definitely be recommending friends car shop here first.

Purchased 2016 Nissan Rogue
Lucas was so helpful and friendly when I purchased my vehicle. He listened to my wants and constantly asked what was important to me in order to find the best vehicle. Then Terry was also extremely helpful when it came time to finalize the deal. Both of them made me feel welcome and as if we were all one team working to find me the best deal. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Rebuilding credit, Bad credit ,No credit.. Don't go here.
First time car buyer awful experience was asked what i wanted my monthly payments to be & what I can afford to put down they offered cars out of my payment budget & asked for more down payment then I said I could do.. I talked to several different people which was very overwhelming & felt pressured I asked question salesman kept telling me thats handled in different department.. They even embarrassed me about my credit saying I have one credit card that has 8 late payments I told them on the phone about my credit situation.. What I don't understand is why would they put a person in a car with high car payment thats trying to rebuild their credit... Salesman had me convinced they were going try their best to get me in car around my budget & down payment I waited to see what they had to offer was at the dealer ship for 4 hours.. All they cared about was making a deal & getting my $1,000-$1,500 down payment is how I felt about the whole situation criticize me about my credit card & my 8 late payments on my credit card but want to put me in a car that's out of my budget.. So I left Tired discouraged and crying upset & took my money and paid off my 8 late payment credit card..
