Anywhere but here!

If you are looking to buy I recommend anywhere but here! The customer service is TERRIBLE! They refuse to handle any matters or call back. A down payment... DON’T AGREE TO IT. When the deal falls through they will be anywhere but their office when you call to see about getting your down payment back. Tons of other dealerships with the same deals! Shop anywhere but here. I’d rather walk then drive a rusty eck vehicle.

Just a number here!

They are only looking for sales numbers and not repeat buyers. Customer service goes a long way! Repeat buyers influence others! This dealership could definitely benefit from some customer service training. A great dealership takes care of their customers before, during and after the sale.

Very dissatisfied!

Purchased a new truck, but we are very dissatisfied with the after sales experience! Never purchase here! They definitely lack in customer service after the sale.

Rude Service Department

The guy I talked to in the service department was flat out rude. I understand the service department is booked up for weeks but, all I needed was a battery changed. This is the second time a man from the service department has been this rude. The lady’s, car salesmen, and quick-lane employees are so awesome at this facility and the only problems I have had are with a couple of guys in the service department.

Great experience

Went to Rusty Eck Ford work with Darrell Brown he was a great sales man he answered my questions and explain how every thing on the new f-150 Lariat worked he help download the ford pass smart link showed me how the app worked great job

Amazing

I was constantly told no on getting a new vehicle so I was prepared for that, but I drove home in a new to me truck. Douglas Ford was amazing and truly has work with us a lot, I appreciate his time and patience. Going to recommend him to everyone I know.
