Recently brought my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid in for an oil change and had my tires rotated. Very good service and really quick. I highly recommend their services.

Recently had my Escape serviced at Rusty Eck . Had been given some conflicting information about what to do for my vehicle but Glen Williams was able ro clarify &advise me on the needed repairs. I felt confident and secure driving my vehicle off the lot knowing my car was winter ready and my money had been wisely spent!

I recently took my Ford F-150 in for an oil change at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita KS. I was greeted by Timothy Brown, and he listened to what I wanted. He then went and checked my truck, and had it serviced. In a very quick time they had finished the work. Mr Brown then went over my service order with me explaining what they had down, and what I might need done in the near future. My truck is 14 yrs. old but the Service Dept. makes sure it is road ready every time I bring it in. I highly recommend Rusty Eck Ford for all of your service needs.

Very pleased with the service I recieved during my recent visit to the Rusty Eck Service Center. I was very pleased with my service manager, Adriane Correa. Adriane listened to my description of the mechanical problem and arranged for the analysis and subsequent repair of the vehicle. Repair was professionally accomplished in a very timely manner. I have not required dealer service in some time and really appreciate the experience at this dealership. I was very impressed with the management personnel. When observed I was approached and asked if everything was going OK and was there anything they could do for me. Customer appreciation and satisfaction is formost at Rusty Eck. It is very much appreciated in this day and age.

i went to look at the buy one get one vehicle. i already bought a new vehicle in february and was looking to possibily trade in my older suv for something newer. I had a budget i needed to stay in between the two car payment amounts and they came through and found something for me. I told them to bring it and they brought it. i worked with the sales team members Kelly and Mike and also Billy from finance. They were so willing to do anything they could for me. I also had brought my 2 year old in with me and they made sure that her experience there was a great one as well. Rusty Eck people really do care about people. Thank you.
