New truck first service
I was first in line for the day and Chris Larkin quickly signed me in and the guys went to work. This was my first service visit since buying the truck so they checked everything and provided a written report as well as a quick briefing on the condition of tires and fluids. They were very courteous and I was in and out in no time, they even vacuumed the floors while they were at it. I highly recommend Rusty Eck's Quick Lane for servicing your vehicle.

Painless Purchase Experience
To be honest, I never take the time to post a review about a company. That being said, I just purchased three vehicles from Rusty Eck Ford and the entire experience was great. Greg Wentling was an extremely knowledgeable salesperson and Jay Lewis and Jeff Nienke from the management side were very helpful. All of my questions were answered quickly and Rusty Eck Ford had a hugh selection so I was able to get exactly what I wanted on the spot. I am going back to get a forth vehicle this week and will certainly recommend Greg, Jay, Jeff and Rusty Eck Ford to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Consistently great service
Once again, I had a fantastic experience bringing my F150 in for routine service. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and helpful, right from the minute I drove in to the entrance bay. Zach Boucher was outstanding, as usual, and took care of things efficiently and professionally- even coming to get me personally from the waiting lounge. And, its been this way every time I've been in for service- another plus since consistency is so hard to find these days.

Emergency On Saturday Evening!
Ford F350 throws diesel everywhere, all service places are closed late Saturday, and we called Rusty Eck Ford out of desperation. The gratitude and thanks we felt for Pete, a manager and Zach, service consultant, are beyond words. Pete recommended a hotel that would allow our German Shepherd and her side-kick, a Chihuahua as guests. He also assured us that Zach, and his diesel expert in the service department, would assess the problem first on Monday. He resolved the issue that morning and we have not had a further problem.
