after the sale, there were fixes that were safety related. having purchased the car in March of 2023, I am still waiting for a repair, after multiple times contacting the dealership and multiple assurances and excuses (2 service managers quitting in just a few weeks time being one.) just yesterday i called again, and they said call back tomorrow...so i called today...service manager was supposed to call back after the meeting...all day meeting? i think not... this is a fail on so many levels. absolutely do not recommend. the buy was easy. getting them to follow up on known defects? impossible!

I bought a used Jeep Cherokee Sport 2 years ago, found out that the back seat seatbelts dont work, and the sensors on the tires do not calibrate (smart features), and any time I asked what was part of my warranty they would say we were bought out by another company and cannot help me. And when I bought my car they dosed it with cleaning detergents and I almost threw up going home because they used that much. And, if you are a young single woman be careful of the salesmen, I got hit on and the guy asked to live with me because he was having issues at home and I was living by myself. Disgusting! Do not get the warranty.

Purchased my 18-year-old son a car paid cash $10,000.02 weeks of having vehicle issues occurred took it to Ford dealership another $10,000 in repair. Do not buy a vehicle from these scam artist!
