Went to go look at a truck and it was in Grand Rapids at auction already. Close to closing hour, tim drove up to Grand Rapids, got the truck and brought it back to me. On top of that, I got an amazing deal.

Bait and switch at its finest
Tried to bait and switch me with the price on a Nissan Murano. Was told several times from Mario that the price was $14,485. I even asked him to confirm. Was told “the price in the ad is the price”. I asked for a Carfax and then all of a sudden the price is $18,900 and was told that the price guy made a mistake. Yeah, nice try. Won’t be earning my business now or ever.
