Overall it was a pretty frustrating buying experience. I was given a new sales person that didnt know much about the vehicles and wasn’t able to answer any of my questions. I went back to get my license plates and the person that put them on seemed really annoyed they had to do it and a day later I found that my front license plate had completely fallen off. Likely won’t purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Be Cautious — Shady Finance Tactics!
Be Cautious — Shady Finance Tactics! I recently purchased a car from this dealership. The car itself is fine, and the overall deal seemed great at first. However, my experience with their finance department was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, unethical. During the financing process—right in the middle of signing paperwork—they told me I could only get approved for a lower interest rate (4–5% APR) if I purchased a $1,800 "interior insurance" package. This included a spray coating for the car’s paint and some car wash supplies. Otherwise, I was told I’d have to accept a much higher APR of 8–9%. I now know this is a highly questionable practice, and possibly illegal, as it essentially ties a loan approval rate to the purchase of unnecessary add-ons. I felt cornered and betrayed since this was only brought up during the final signing, when it was difficult to back out. Please be aware of this tactic and avoid falling for it. I strongly recommend being very cautious if you're considering buying a car from this dealership. Ask detailed questions about the financing terms before entering the finance office, and don’t hesitate to walk away if something feels off.
