Had an overall great car buying experience here. We shopped around online for a while and these guys gave us the best price as well as a great rate. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and easy to work with. It was a bit of a drive to get here but well worth the trip. No surprises when we got there, and aside from the usual maintenance package sales pitches at the end, fairly quick and painless. In and out with the car in an hour and a half so no real complaints.

After two months of research, and dealing with many dealerships, and sale people, I just bought a new Mazda at this dealership. I worked with Tom Perreault. He was knowledgeable, very helpful, accommodating and very low pressure. After the sale there was some paperwork that I needed to provide for their records, which I didn't have with me when I made the purchase. Rather than having me come back in with the paper, Tom came by place of business to pick it up. Very accommodating!!! Thanks Tom.

We walked into Heritage Mazda with the goal of trading in our 2015 Mazda for a new vehicle. Mr. Hudson and Mr. Sang made the process very smooth; they were able to accommodate our special circumstances (moving to a different state, needing out-of-state registration, etc) and were incredibly nice.

I had a lot of options and many dealerships trying to sell me a car. Greg made the experience very enjoyable and low stress. He guided me and then my wife through a pleasant test drive experience; providing information on the car without being pushy, disingenuous, or disrespectful of the process. He did not try to sell us the car on the spot or keep us at the dealership when we were ready to leave. He answered our questions and asked for our business. When we decided the Mazda was the right car for us, he jumped into action, getting us the car that day for a fair price while efficiently leading us through the sales process. He did not try to up-sell us or play any games. I highly recommend Greg and have already passed his name on to a colleague who is in the market. I did not rate the facilities as they are undergoing renovation - sure to be four or five stars upon completion.

I stopped by Heritage Mazda Towson just to look at a used car and after being given a ride and an opportunity to ask a series of questions, I announced I would buy the car and therefore remained most of the remainder of the day completing the transaction. My salesman Ralph Price was a buyer's dream, answering all my questions patiently and completely. The manager, Sang completed the deal with open communication and efficiency and could not have been kinder or nicer.
