I am very happy with the professional treatment I received at Heritage Mazda Towson. Sang Dang was my sales representative and he had an answer for every question I asked, and not once did I feel pressured like I have felt at other dealerships in the past. I traded my vehicle for a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring and I couldn't be happier!

I was in the market to buy a used vehicle to get me out of my 97 ford explorer that was less than highway worthy in its old age. I got in contact with Sang Dang at heritage Mazda of Towson. he quickly put together a short list of vehicles that might peak my interest. I chose one from the list and it was all smooth sailing from there. within a matter of days I was in a 2014 Chevy Malibu that I absolutely love. the sale and financing went as smooth as one could imagine. Just got a new Mazda CX3 from Heritage Towson Mazda and could not have been happier with the purchase and the service. The car speaks for itself, but we worked with Tom Lopez, and the service absolutely made the experience. My experience with Mazda Heritage was unspeakably outstanding! Having just purchased a 2015 CX-9 touring a couple of months ago and given an amazing deal, I suffered from, what most think is rare, BUYERs REMORSE The CX-9 was great. But it was a bit much for me. Having said that I decided to visit my salesman Bo Hudson who assist me with my purchase. I expressed how I felt thinking he would look at me crazy. But to my surprise he didn't look at me crazy instead he said I understand and I think I can help you! He went the extra mile at putting a deal together for me without initially checking my credit. To sum up this great experience, I drove away with a NEW 2016 Mazda 6 touring, no money down, similar rate and payment. I had a great experience buying my new Mazda. We got help right away, the test drive was great, and we didn't have to haggle over the price of the car. I got a great deal on my trade in too. Initially my experience began over the phone with Jody, who was very professional and accomodating in answering questions and getting me into the dealership for a test drive. I then met with Gabe Cunningham once at the dealership who was just as professional and personable. Gabe assisted me with the test drive and through the entire process of buying my first new car. I couldn't have asked for more! I can't rave enough about the stellar service offered to my wife and me in the purchase of our certified used Mazda-3. Your stellar salesmen Anthony Mmoh and Greg Kehl listened to our needs for a particular kind of car with a particular kind of mileage within a particular kind of price. My wife is very particular in her tastes and both Tony and Greg kindly and patiently shepherded us during multiple (it was at LEAST FIVE) visits to this York Road Mazda until we found the EXACTLY the right car for us. More than once a car had to be brought from another location for us to try. If these two guys felt frustrated over our picayune selectivity they sure did not show it. We are absolutely happy with out decision to buy our car from Heritage Mazda, and with the warm, yeoman service from Tony & Greg, and would recommend it to friends and neighbors without hesitation. We would also like to complement your repair department. A few weeks after purchase they quickly fixed a slight vibration the car was experiencing (when my wife guns it over 60, cranking her esoteric chick music out the window. Loudly). I had spent literally close to a year deciding what vehicle I wanted to buy. When I finally narrowed it down to a Mazda CX5 GT, I then started the rounds of dealerships, and the painful process of internet negotiations. I was overwhelmed with offers and emails. Even though Heritage was 2 hours away from me, I was impressed by all the great reviews the dealership had, and I had an encouraging email from Jody DeSell the Internet Manager. So I made the trip. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, in the color I'd been drooling over. When my son and I got there, we were introduced to Mike Edwards who took it from there. And I finally got the perfect car! I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. Mike Edwards made the entire process so painless, and went over every detail of the car with me - so when I left I felt comfortable driving away. He was great! I would recommend Heritage and Mike to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. It was definitely worth the trip. Thank you Mike Edwards, I love love LOVE this car!

When I think of the car buying experience I think of slimy sales guys who are so unrelatable that I don't trust a single thing coming out of their mouth and they don't look me in the eye. Heritage Mazda Towson is the complete opposite-I could not have had a better experience. I knew I wanted a CX-5 and was looking for a dealership that would make that happen. First, I visited Carmax and they gave me this long winded excuse of why my estimate was what it was. Second, I walked into Heritage Mazda and was greeted by my salesman, Mike Edwards. He talked with me about the CX-5 and what I was looking for. He asked me how much I had financed on my other car still (since I wanted to trade it in) and we talked about how much was left. While the appraisal was being done on my car Mike assured me he had my ideal car but it was on its way to the dealership right then. In the meantime he held small talk very well, he is super relatable (not slime ball sales guy, and hey he's pretty attractive also). When the car arrived he assured me there was no use talking numbers if I didn't love the car. We went for a test drive and he pointed out all the features of the Mazda and, wouldn't you know, I fell in love with the car. We came back and talked numbers... Heritage Mazda offered me $2500 more for my trade-in than Carmax WOW! He got me the monthly payments I wanted, asked "do we have a deal?" And there was no other answer but yes! He matched everything I wanted in a car and now I am driving around in my favorite car ever. Like other reviewers mentioned, I didn't have my title and one other form with me but we completed the paperwork that night and he allowed me to bring it back the same week. Overall, I have and will recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is in the market for a car. Easiest car buying experience and truly a great group of people.
